Account 1, 100%. You have a fully built wind team, multiple summer limiteds, useable units to make water and dark as well and Korwa/Zoi can be used in multiple elements.
More than half the characters on account 2 are useless at all stages of the game and the only team you could build is light.

i would go right and build fire or earth, you have deent characters for both even the SR characters are good for now but if you want to play wind and like the wind characters go left
