Bolt axe is the hardest hitting magic weapon and counters lances/daggers, which tomes are weak to in Fates. Tomes are also effective against bows, which is great for avoiding/reducing damage from archers, so flying mages are pretty cool.

You'll never put her on a team with any current legendaries so it doesn't matter at all

Slow Burn: Buff all stats by an incremented amount each turn starting from +1 until turn 7, at the end of which they get removed.

Fast Burn: Buff all stats by 5 a decreasing amount each turn.

Lucky 7: Gain a +7 buff to 1 or more stats each turn until turn 7(Order is Attack, Speed, Defense, Res, Atk+Spd, Def+Res, All stats).

I doubt those are properly balanced, but with how fast arena matches go Fast Burn having a mirrored effect would be too broken there. The other two might be good for annoying maps where the enemy AI starts stationary.
