My game won't start, it just freezes and give me a black screen, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help at all, I installed the chink version and that one works, any idea why is this happening?

San Diego is the boat pictured and she is very commonly pulled despite being an SR. She actually has a higher rate and is a meme both among the staff and fans. In reality I believe the SR rate is something like 7% but excluding Diego drops you'd end up with the industry standard of 3-4% as mentioned.
Oh she's kinda like the Merric of FEH. Is she atleast useful though? 7% ssr rate is pretty good. Then how's the free "quartz"(fgo) or "orbs"(FEH) you can get in the game? Do you get many from the start from clearing things then it falls off lategame? Saw a pic from a friend of mine he got 300+ resources to roll and he also got all of the limited characters as F2P he said, kinda curious on how generous the game is when it comes to giving free rolls.

I don't really know anything about FEH so I can't really confirm that. Diego isn't that useful overall but she can be a good boat when you first start. Overall the game is very generous, there's a few shitters that complain about what the game gives you but most people are pretty happy with it. Most of the monetization comes from skins and rings. You can however get those too being F2P just not as many.

San Diego isn't very useful at all because she specializes in Anti-Air, but Anti-Air overall is stupidly fucking strong compared to the enemy planes so you don't need someone specialized in it at the cost of other stats.
Like once you're not new anymore and get some decent Anti-Air guns, enemy planes become a total non-issue. I believe enemy planes also deal a much higher proportional damage to low level boats than they do the higher level ones too.

Very generous. If do you all your dailies/weeklies you can do 10 heavy crafts a week (2 cubes per craft) and still end up with a surplus of 20 cubes. Most people are playing on the JP server if that means anything to you.

JP. Most things release on CH first but they have to deal with minor censorship and have a much smaller playerbase. In any event most shit that happens first in JP or CH doesn't really take that long to find it's way to the other.
