It does get worse, just take your time while doing it. get your poetics while doing all the roulettes except main scenario and just take your time while getting other things done.

I'd say give it a try, but don't worry about maxing it out yet. If it's something you enjoy playing with, maybe just casually do your grand company turn ins as you go along doing MSQ stuff.
