Why do the seaniggers maintain this sense of radio silence every single time? Why can't they be more upfront with what's going on, and actually show off a schedule for 1-2 months content in advance? NA is never going to get an exclusive servant or event and everyone knows what's going to happen, so what does it matter?

I'm playing Tears to Tiara because Hulu recommended it, so I figured I'd just do the VN.
I'm guessing you don't have much better, so not really. Starting NP is generally the best for most aside from jeanne (who is best off with any sort of arts up or 2030), if you don't have those just their favored card type or card type/crit. Mona lisa is best for your rider outside of maybe caster dailies, but I'm guessing you don't have that and heaven's feel is okay considering her skills.
