Sombra is anti-carry and her silence shuts down a lot of the mobility tools that people currently screech about. Mccree just has an easy kit translation and who wouldn't want to have a BAMF on their team. Doomfist is basically an assassin version of diablo.
Mephisto could have some like, hate shroud thing where he creates patches of fog that act as sight blockers, otherwise functions like a reverse auriel I guess heals based on doing damage. No idea what aidan would have for a kit. Belials primary function would be to create illusory versions of heroes, stealthing allies and generally fucking around with how people see the map. Duriel is a living battering ram.

I get the game isn’t big enough to find proper matches for new players, but it is jarring to play with and against people who are 1-2 days into the game.
Favorites is really just there for you to quickly pick out your desired heroes in a pinch in draft, you only have 30 seconds. It would be nice if the profiles showed others' favorites, but I guess the devs feel that's what most play should represent, but it doesn't.
Draft is a meme at lower leagues anyways. And if they are paired with level 11 account player they are probably not that good. Also, how do you expect him to learn drafting without actually playing draft modes?
Could be another match making problem though. Alive game, not enough players for a proper balanced matches.

So someone said Tomb is one of Garrosh’s best maps last thread. I don’t get it though, he has no waveclear unless you take that one talent (which as far as I know you aren’t supposed to do).
I bought Garrosh yesterday and want to get good enough to know when to play him in HL (I’m Plat, so I don’t need to master him, but I don’t want to be the reason we lose).
What’s weird about Garrosh is I almost always feel as though we’re winning or basically winning, even if we’re not. This can be a problem.

Well, I hope you weren't thinking about wave clear when you selected garrosh. That's not what he does. With all the walls and tight spots on Tomb you throw people into inescapable situations basically the whole game. Regarding the rush of victory, that's just the side effect of playing Garrosh.
Well, sure, but when picking a tank (he can solo tank, right?) certainly something like Blaze or Johanna would make more sense on Tomb? I can see what you mean about the geometry though. I guess Nukes would be his worst map then? He’s kind of like Diablo in that regard, right?

Not really. Those are good picks on tomb because they supplement with waveclear. When you pick Garrosh you're looking to set your team up with picks. Hell sometimes on tomb you can get away with stupid shit like D.va + Leoric + Taste for Blood azmodan because those two help azmo stack absurdly fast.
Warhead junction isn't *too* bad for garrosh actually, because despite the poor waveclear he has, he does have pretty fucking good 1v1 potential and it's very difficult to outright kill him without a ton of % damage. Self-sustain and 1v1 potential are arguably the most important aspects of warhead, with map rotation and then waveclear being emphasized, though some picks like zagara if you can bully an enemy hero and control the waves don't really 'need' sustain.

he can solo tank, sure, though there may be better solos, however you need to be on your game about zoning and threatening the enemy without getting poked to death as garrosh. his effectiveness is also reliant on your team being able to do something with your throws too. if they never follow up or are in position for a toss, then not much gets accomplished.
