Those are 2 of the 3 right hand weapons for bloodtinge. So not sure what you mean by ”work”. Of course it works but it’s rather suboptimal.

But, for the build? I'd guess 50 STR, or something like that. You won't be doing any damage, really.
You can also be cheeky and go 50 ARC with a runeless Kos Parasite, but that would make you a pussy.

What are the differences between chalice dungeons other than appearance? Like you just requested Hintertombs. Why? Do you get a certain gem type there?

Gems in the Hintertombs are triangle in shape, like the gems in Isz. But, Hintertomb gems are mostly worthless, except for Clarence's, because their effects are far weaker than Isz's. You can't make an FRC Hintertomb chalice. And the best gems come from FRCs.

Visually, the Hintertombs are almost exactly like Pthumeru except for the poison pools.

Some different enemies and bosses, different drops as well but those aren't important for spelunks.

Hintertomb gems are outclassed.
But believe it or not, spelunking is not necessarily purely for gems.

Pthumerians are for sexual

FRC are the fetid, rotted, cursed rites. Only depth 5 dungeons can be made FRCs, so only Lower Loran roots, Isz roots, and Ihyll roots.
When you make the chalice on the altar, you can choose the rites to apply. You'll need materials, though, like Yellow Backbones and Red Jellies, which can be bought with insight or just collected from the story chalices.

Top tier gems come from specific bosses, chalices, layers, so we use glyphs that already exist for the purpose of making getting to those specific bosses in specific places easily. To spelunk means to pop open a brand new (usually) random chalice and poke around inside for the fun of it.

Usually meaning usually brand new. Sometimes people will use a preexisting glyph for whatever reason
