Yukikaze's 25% dodge rate independent of evasion-based dodging gives her survivability on par with regular Javelin against 54 accuracy BBs and even higher than Elizabeth-buffed Javelin against frontline ships (100-175 accuracy). Though I haven't factored the luck stat in, I don't know how it works and what values both of them have.

You should be able to clear out the shop of the important stuff with just daily quests and 3x bonus. No idea about cumulative tokens but I doubt it.
