why were jews always persecuted throughout history? from what i can tell pretty much every country has expelled them at some point. hell they supposedly even started out as slaves.
i know at some point pretty much every group of people has been treated like shit but it seems like jews have been treated pretty bad throughout their entire history

Multiple reasons:
1. They always rebelled, usually for religious reasons, like against the Romans and Babylonians, hence leading to whatever imperial power governed them to get fed up and crush them into dust. Other colonial provinces fell in line usually, but the Jews kept starting rebellions.
2. Christians were forbidden from usury, i.e. charging extensive interest on loans. Thus Jews took this up as an occupation, charging large amounts of interest on loans they gave. This gave the public perception of them as stingy moneygrabbers who like to manipulate money and rip people off, and are only concerned with gold.
3. They are very insular. They didn't like associating with non-Jews and outside peoples, always harboring a contempt for non-Jews. This, combined with their minority status, made them very easy to hate.
4. Their Talmud book contains numerous hateful references to Christ, along with their reputation for having killed Christ.
5. Involvement in various political conspiracies, from communism to bolshevist uprisings, which targeted Christian churches and traditional social heierarchy.
6. Their involvement in communism which led to genocide of millions of Christians.
7. The influence of powerful families such as the Rothschilds in influencing international politics and profiting off war.

1. Jews were a religious and and linguistic minority no matter where they went (they weren't really linguistic minorities in Germany but Yiddish is still noticeably different from standard High German).
2. They a reputation for being "greedy" thanks to retarded medieval finance laws.
3. Jewish communities were typically insular and had limited interaction with the outside world, fueling distrust among the non-Jewish population. This causes the general population to become even more antisemitic, which causes the Jewish communities to become even more insular... you get the idea.
4. Jews would often immigrate en mass to surrounding countries after being expelled. If you don't understand how this would fuel hatred and mistrust (leading to yet more expulsions), you need to take a closer look at what's going on with MENA refugees in modern-day Europe.
5. Even Jews that converted to Christianity and attempted to assimilated could be treated badly - the treatment of the "New Christians" in Spain is a good example of this. This would discourage Jews from attempting to integrate, as there was no guarantee that this would result in them being accepted as equals by the general population. However, converting would guarantee that they could no longer interact with the local Jewish community, who would view him negatively for obvious reasons (the converso had essentially told his entire community to go fuck themselves.)

These fall apart because they act as though anti-Jewish sedement is some sort of post-Christian phenomena. Numerous documentation exist—a lot from the Jews themselves (what is book of Esther)—about people hating the Jews, before Christ was born, largely for the same reasons people hated the Jews after Christ was born (minus them murdeing God of course, an exclusively Christian charge by its nature).

had it pretty much down. just want to add that Christian ruled Europe during the developing stages of the modern world aka Middle Ages did not help at all. Look into Persecuting society by R.I. Moore. great read, he highlights Europe as dominated by the Church and has a lot on jews in there too.
On my own research i can tell you that it wasnt every single kingdom in europe that used jewish money lending, most common users of jews for money lending was England ie william the conqueor brought them in. and parts of nothern france. also Jewish "guilds" (calling it guilds because idk what the proper term is) had an extensive network of trade and without them we wouldn't have the crown jewels of England and France and Spain.

This is nonsense, the Persian empire did not persecute the Jews. They even took breaks on Jewish holy days, gave them their own hierarchy and autonomy in Mesopotamia for centuries.
