There's about 1-2% Mongoloid admixture in Estonia. In Finland it's higher but that's because there was mixing with Saami.
Nganansan are about 70% Mongoloid.

I reckon the original Finnics who spread the language from the Volga had very little Mongoloid admixture comparable to Estonians.
Also the original Saami were probably European as well but I'm not entirely sure about that.

N1c has an origin in Siberia but the European subclade(N-L708) seems to have penetrated into Europe during the Comb Ceramic culture.

They mixed first with the native tribes of Europe and then the Indo-Europeans .
A presence of N-L708 can't be used to assume there was a significant Mongoloid component in the original Finno-Ugric population or that N-L708 even had anything to do with Uralics originally.
N-L708 could have been carried by Indo-European language shifters which would make tons of sense since Finnic(Finnish, Estonian, Mordvin) mitochondrial DNA is all from the Corded Ware and just about none from Siberia.

The Estonian triplets are a mix of Indo-Europeans and native Baltic people with only a percentage of Mongoloid DNA.
Romanians are more Mongoloid than that because of Cuman sex regardless of what they look like.

Anyway try to understand that Finns descend from 2 men who lived 2000 years ago who came from a larger gene pool which had about as much as R1a as N1c.
Mixing with Saami women must have increased the percentage of Mongoloid DNA.
