Know wife is planning to divorce

>know wife is planning to divorce
>invest all savings in BTC

Whoops she gets nothing!

Would this be legal/feasible?

And also, say your crypto wallet is worth 100k+ and no one but you knows about it, you'd easily avoid paying alimony or excess child support.

Just thinking about it when I saw that dude talking about his gf not caring about crypto.

Legally, you would have to list bitcoin as an asset I believe. I thinkkkkk it's possible to, but it's sorta risky. I don't believe they would ever find out though.

don't know answer, but that'd be pretty awesome

why not hookers

Just trade it few a through proxies and wallets and claim you lost it all? Get a friend to hold it?

Dude wymin do that to guys all the time except they invest ins shoes and useless shit with his credit card. I believe some negress even made a song about doing just that.
Something along the lines of 'get your hands on his cash and spend it to the last dime for all the hard times'
Your plan is good, just tell the alimony lawyers you spent it all on shoes and you should be fine.

If you took a massive amount of money out of your savings a few months before you got divorced it would definitely raise some eyebrows.

I'm sure they'd find a way to get you on that
Certainly if they knew about it they'd just take the valuation of your assets stored in bitcoin and you'd pay based on that

laundering however.................................

fuckin hilarious matey, make sure to get a jewish lawyer incase she tries gaining from you tell the guy your very depressed and she was evil and wanted away from you, tried hitting you aswell or some shit.

why a friend? just make a few wallets or trade for ltc

send your bitcoin here. I'll keep it safe

It's not a bad idea, but it's basically the same as buying gold and storing it somewhere in the woods. You can't just 'lose' all that cash and they will ask questions. How many years do you have?

ltc is going to fucking die sell out

They check your financial history. Otherwise you would just withdraw all your cash and bury it.
>TFW lawyers digging through you previous 2 years of financial transactions

This,

Although you could buy a shit ton before any talk of divorce is started and then say you put it all on an sd card and lost it

Then sell it back over the years on localbitcoins and become a millionaire off crypto and move to the Philippines

>Or you could not be a degenerate and work on your relationship

>Put it into zcash/zclassic/monero
>Tell them you sent all the coins to the wrong address
>Plausible deniability
>laugh all the way to the bank

Buy it on one site...

Send it to an exchange

put it on a hardware wallet

Whoops, lost it all...markets are so volatile.

Then again it could backfire because now you have to deal with claims of having a hidden gambling addiction or some shit

Buy a hardware wallet or make a paper wallet and say you "lost" it. Then buy gold and hide it.

you dumb nigger. all you have to do is to buy monero with it and sell for BTC and send to a new wallet.

Just blow it all. Literally. Consumable shit like traveling, hookers, drugs, food, etc. No money for no one.

I don't think you guys understand that "losing" the money isn't a viable defense.

Max your credit cards on crypto. Store everything on a hard drive. Buy two hard drives one to store it on, the other to have her break or knock into the pool on "accident". File divorce because she destroyed your investment. She's obligated to pay off half those credit cards meanwhile you have all your savings and the maxed out credit crypto.

I like the way this nigger thinks.

Top notch 10/10

yeah because those exchanges dont keep track of trade...

Sometimes you can do everything right and still lose, thats life friend.

exchanges do keep track, but OP could say that he got the wallet adr. wrong and that all is gone

This reminds me of when my aunt divorced my uncle and the bastard tried to make their accounts dissapear. My dad, dressed in his suit, accompanied his sister and made a huge scene at the bank, pretending to be high society, threatening to inform the press, calling a law professor and university dean he was drinking buddies with, etc. I didn't see it but it must have been hilarious as fuck. Bank director shit his pants and froze their accounts. Nothing could be touched until their divorce and my aunt got her fair share.

Why not say you put it all in a dead coin and actually keep it in z cash

Take money from bank into cash, buy BTC through local bitcoins and claim you gambled the money away at a casino.

dont buy all the bitcoin at once
buy them slowly via localbitcoins and directly from other bitcoin users and pay cash
store that wallet somewhere safe
dont buy bitcoins from your own internet connection though

How about founding a company and depositing all the money as security? Would the wife still legally own 50รท?

This might work

Another idea: blow it into a popular role-playing/online game confessing your gambling addiction, then sell the account on eBay or by whichever refund mechanisms are available.

depends on the corporate form
I've heard stories of companies goin down due to death or divorce
children and wifes usually just care about quick money and sell to anybody

>siding with the woman

This man lives in the year 2469

I studied law. And when it comes to money I've found that simple scams usually take years to resolve. And by then the other party has usually given up.

>your crypto wallet is worth 100k+ and no one but you knows about it
no one should know about your crypto wallet but fellow anons.
put the details of how to access it in your will if you have one, but your crypto dealing should be private.
otherwise it becomes something else to be maipulated with

if you tell your friends you made 100k from bitcoin, they are going to be envious and ask you to invest for them, risking your friendship over money

hmm, perhaps monero is an extremely good investment

legal or not, theres no way to get the funds

If you transferred say, $10,000 through Coinbase or whatever, and acquired Bitcoins, you could transfer them to an address that you write on a piece of paper and bury in a steel container in the desert at a coordinate only you know. They might subpoena / ask that you give your bank statements and they might see that you bought bitcoins, but I think thats where their power runs dry. Can they subpoena / compel coinbase to see what address you sent it to? Even if they can, they see where you sent it, but still can't access the account. Pretty solid plan I think bro do it.

dude u just have to launder it thru monero

Are you a movie scripter or something?

you own a buisness, wife gets half, or half its worth

Buy digital game currency, think runescape, warcraft, habbo hotel. Obviously money can be traced through all these transactions but does your wife want to have half your runescape account? Lel

After divorce, start playing these games and slowly selling your stuff for real cash.
Might even become a real big hussler online because of your investment.

No he wouldn't m8. He lost it all gambling on shitcoins.

Find someone who will sell you bitcoin in cash.

This is REALLY COMMON. A lot of people do cash for bitcoin. No trace and nobody will ever find your wallet.

Also why the fuck are people using Coindesk? blockchain.info instead.

You don't need to verify for crap. Or you can just store your bitcoins on a USB. Nobody will ever be able to get hacked.

Amazing..!

Do it, don't let that bitch get a fucking dime. The legal system will screw you over to favor her, do everything it takes to secure what's yours.

>buy btc through coinbase so it's legit
>transfer to a personal wallet because coinbase doesn't like you sending btc to other exchanges
>trade to monero on crypto exchange
>download tor browser
>make new account on crypto exchange with @gmx.com email
>send monero to new acc
>convert monero back to btc on new acc
>buy raspberry pi
>download btc wallet on raspberry pi
>store btc on it and keep it at a friend's house
>divorce day comes and you claim you lost all your money on crypto trading
Even if they attempt to track your activity they will lose the trail at you buying monero, and they won't find anything on your pc.
That being said ETH is a better long term investment and you can use an online wallet called myetherwallet to store it, so you don't need the bitcoin client, so it might be worth it to convert your monero to ETH.

Does your wife make any money herself? ie; does she have a job or just bludge off you? Get her involved in crypto, it might save your marriage. OR get her involved in crypto and spend it all together then split the winnings, you both win and she can go get BLACKED like she wants to.

Tell them you spent it all on beans, they'll have her paying you alimony.

>her fair share
So was she making an equal salary to her husband?

Until the coins move, then it's contempt of court, 30 days in county. If I am the wife's lawyer I have an email alert on those coins. I call her when they move, at that point I'm getting a third. You can outsmart some dumb THOT but not her Jew.

Your aunt is a thieving whore.

Why is your wife planning to divorce? Something serious must've happened or is she just 'bored' like a lot of western whores?

...

hey, put them into Monero instead. more secure than BTC

...

Just kill the bitch and buy bitcoin anyway

they check for large transfers from the bank account. OP is fucked and will probably do time for contempt for trying this

OP, create yourself an actual alibi. Go to Las Vegas, make photos of how you're gambling with your money, and then secretly convert them to bitcoins (use LocalBitcoins to find sellers in LV who exchange bitcoins for cash).

Voila, you "lost" all your money to the one-armed bandit
