What do normal people think about? Do they think only about work and media, or do they think of things like what their purpose is in life?

That's because it's a mod that adds bayonets to rifles. Uses the spear annimation

I don't know, let us ask one. What do you think about OP?

What is with the bolt action mauser pattern rifles in (presumably) 1860's Japan?

imfdb.org/wiki/Chassepot_1866

To be fair, they didn't solely use the Chassepot. There was a hodge podge of various imported rifles of British and French stock.

This is a reductionistic explanation of what everyone thinks: 'How can I achieve maximum benefits in my life with minimal effort?' neutrality is king.
Of course, what is beneficial or effort to the average person is individualistic.

Scientifically speaking there is no such thing as a "normal" human being. Almost anywhere in the world, if you combine all the people and determine what is "average" amongst the people you will never find an actual person that meets all the criteria of being "normal".

youtube.com/watch?v=Zx5eUpd6tx0

Simply put, "normal" is a mathematical ideal rooted in traditional pre-theoretical mathematics that does not exist in the real world where quantum physics are at play.

This, normal translates to somewhere in between socially acceptable and socially expected

How to advance their social status. Everything else is subordinate to that.

They don't really think. Their minds are dominated by memes. They're basically just a program running memes on autopilot. They're still human and thus sometimes do have moments of self-reflection but these are usually discouraged by their conditioning as "weird" and so it's usually brief and fruitless.

There are 2 proper definitions of of normal.

1 is the statistical definition. Most people are brown, most people are moderate left, most are lower middle class.

The other is what normal should be. A white English speaking man in his mid 20s to 40s from a wealthy anglo country. In the past this mean anglo-saxon protestants from southern England, it then extended to northeast US, but not recent immigrants like Italians or Irish, now it means any white man, even jews.

>normal people
>think

no its not

sex, food, work and sport

Bread and Circus.

This. Normies are just well groomed peasants these days. They are little farm animals thinking of the basic animal needs of sex, food, sleep, and the fastest easiest way to get endorphins usually drugs or alcohol.

Most normies I talk I have to talk to via my wife who is a Normie Queen only discuss alcohol, local gossip, or themselves.

For example one bro was going to Sweden, because that's a socialist utopia, I told him he should make a trip to Uraniborg and see the Tycho Brahe observatory that's there. The guy was like yeah I think i'm just going to go to the clubs.

I get that not everyone is interested in seeing places where important events happened but why bother spending money to get drunk in a foreign land?

But OP is a faggot.

I have primary sources which mention this happening.

People did actually throw muskets with bayonets.

Except it is, the vanilla game had no bayonets.

"""normal people""" think about all the same things you think about.

They just get on with their lives.

Really, this is elite thought at best, and Elliot Rodger thought at worse (the latter being infinitely more likely). Those are other people you're seeing out there, not p-zombies. Get out of /rk9/ and help.

I don't know man, that sounds like an oversimplification
Why wouldn't these people think differently if there are different things affecting them?

They think about social standings, friends. families, etc.

Work is secondary aspect

“Everything in the world is about sex except sex. Sex is about power.”

is this elli fudger

share pls

>"""normal people""" think about all the same things you think about.
Not really, large swathes of the population have no real sense of chronology outside of whatever mandatory history course they had to take in high-school.

>In addition to their muskets, all the men in the Secundra-
bagh were armed with swords from the King of Oudh's magazines, and the native tulwars were
as sharp as razors. When they had fired their muskets, they hurled them amongst us like
javelins, bayonets first, and then drawing their tulwars, rushed madly on to their des-
truction, slashing in blind fury with their swords

>normal

idk what you consider normal, but I often wonder what non-active minded people think about all the time. As an active minded person, my brain is constantly wired, thinking about everything that I'm reading/writing about at any given point in time, thinking about the past, thinking about history and politics, thinking about photography (my hobby), etc.

I could also talk for literally hours and hours about things I think about.

most of my friends are this way too

I just don't even bother with non-active minded people. they're just boring and I feel like I'm wasting my time talking to them beyond small talk or getting in their pants

I don't think anyone has an inactive mind. But I do think most people actively think about social relationships, perceiving others and how they are being perceived, etc. instead of conceptual shit.

It's mostly work, as a "thing" that they're "into", and distraction (sports, Netflix, margaritas, brunch). Add some supporting stuff, like going to the gym, and having a big dog in a 600sqft bachelor pad, and that's your average yuppie.

They can't really talk about anything unrelated to their job, but do they need to? They're not paid to be a "cool guy", and so they make more in a day than you do in a week, even though they're cringily awkward and can't squeeze out two sentences that's not about whatever redundant, tertiary, vague thing they do for a living. Seeing them interact with their partner is even worse, as they barely talk to eachother, and it's usually about their equally boring friends, "Did you hear, Steve is marrying "Jen! Jen!"

So, our interests don't align with what society finds practical and valuable (work, people & relationships), so they're useless and counterproductive. We have to put forth double effort to do basic work that, to them, is the same as what sperging out over someone throwing a rifle as a javelin, is to us. We're just not meant for this society.

This.

We get going on (insert edgy, impractical thing that as nothing to do with productivity, profit or what Kimberly said to Josh last night)

They get going on work, popular movie / show thing, and the relationships between individuals and their personal lives.
