Indicated breaking a resistance or support level = major movement either way, considering there's also another support level not too far, you could conclude it's going upwards. (Put on stop though if you have it)

your chart is old. if you updated it you would see the correction is much deeper, being 40%, which is a huge bearish indicator.
Thats just short term. Unless there is actual value to the commodity, many gimmick equities fade back to zero.
