1. No major stores accept cryptocurrency and if they do it's only Bitcoin. Who accepts ethereum or litecoin or one of the 1000+ new altcoins as payment? None. We are years away of crypto ever becoming mainstream.
2. The process of sending a bitcoin to purchase something on the go is more complicated than Fiat or swiping a credit card.
3. Crypto relies on the internet. What does a business do if the power goes out or the internet goes down? They can't accept crypto, just as they won't be able to accept credit cards either. You'll have to use actual money(fiat).
4. Crypto is more easy to steal, hack, or get lost. How many times has an exchange went down? Someone stole crypto from wallets to the tune of millions? Someone sent crypto to the wrong address and it got lost and not returned? It happens over and over again much more than fiat does. Crypto truly isn't better than Fiat in any way. Once it's gone it's gone and no one can put stolen funds back in your account.
5. You can't do chargebacks, stop payments, or return goods with crypto. Once your crypto is in the hands of someone else they have no obligation to return it to you and no one can enforce that they do. The only way around this is an escrow service.
6. Crypto exchanges all have fees to send/receive/transfer/exchange, basic tasks that should be free. Wasn't the whole point of crypto decentralization? Yet these exchanges all require how much personal information about you!? Does it not defeat the purpose?
Discuss Crypto's issues & problems. Discuss how they can be solved. I truly don't see crypto becoming mainstream. Fiat works and has always worked, even if the banks and power figures rule over it.
How can the crypto/blockchain technology work offline without a computer system?
So many problems happen these days due to everyone relying on the internet and computer systems to operate entire industries.
Imagine if some crisis happens and the power & internet goes down for a week/month or longer? Crypto & credit/debit cards would be useless for buying supplies and other needs.
Many local stores accept cash only due to credit/debit card processing fees (2%-5%) and just the easiness of cash.
The only thing better than cash and bartering is when one gives freely out of their own generosity.

>3. Crypto relies on the internet. What does a business do if the power goes out or the internet goes down? They can't accept crypto, just as they won't be able to accept credit cards either. You'll have to use actual money(fiat). Yea you're right this is really what stopped the acceptance of credit and debit cards, which are used by almost noone because of this issue.
Tyler Martinez
user if the internet and power goes out for a week or even a day forget a month, fiat is going to be just as useless. I hope you have ammo and tins of food stored to trade with instead.

>We are years away of crypto ever becoming mainstream
And that's exactly why you should be hauling ass to get into this market. Amazon will be the first to take the coins and Amazon is practically the entire market now anyways. BTC will start mainstreaming after the fork.

Most people in the world don't have a bank account and therefore don't use a credit/debit card. We have major problems in this world with poverty that crypto or a banking system can't solve.
The only way forward is a money-free society where everyone is given everything they need and more based on their voluntary service/work. Imagine a world where money wasn't needed. Where you were provided for just because you were a living human being and deserve the same rights & privileges as everyone else. Money only complicates things. Crypto only complicates things. Imagine a world where you did what you loved based on your own unique skills and inherent gifts and you were provided for regardless. All sick, all poor, everyone provided for freely. This is the ideal society we all should be working and striving for. Fuck money, we don't need it. Crypto only tries to take money away from the centralization of power (the banks/elites/government) but it doesn't get to the real root of the problem. Humans are just as greedy as any banker or politician. Exchanging the power dynamic so a few selfish nerds who want a lambo can be rich doesn't solve any issue at all, it just causes more greediness and conflict.

It's only a matter of time. It's still in its infancy, all the more reason to buy in.
>The process of sending a bitcoin to purchase something on the go is more complicated than Fiat or swiping a credit card.
credit cards require swiping machines, retailers sometimes have to wait days for their funds to clear, etc. With BTC you only need a key or one of those scanning symbols.
4. Crypto is more easy to steal, hack, or get lost.
If you stay away from exchanges you can't be hacked. Buy from bitcoin vendors (which exist, who retail sell bitcoin from people who can't be fucked participating in exchanges). IF you don't share your wallet with anyone, it can't be taken.
>6. Crypto exchanges all have fees to send/receive/transfer/exchange, basic tasks that should be free
This is the one thing I don't like. There are plenty of altcoins that don't have significant fees, but BTC is so entrenched that it's still used by everyone regardless. I think it's possible there will be a large swap to litecoin or some other easier coin at some point in the future. Bitcoin will probably always be relevant to some extent though
Money complicates things because mass human society and interactions are inherently complex. Fuck off you stinking gommie.

1. Wait for new technology to be developed, are you complaining about entering a growing market early ?
2. Obviously, when Crypto is developed to the point of instant purchases, and easy safe storage for a higher percentage of the population this will fade
5. Nexus Earth, no chargebacks, but payment confirmations (incase you've sent to incorrect address) I personally think this is a positive
6.Bancor, technological developments
Any other retard questions ?

I like how you denote paper money specifically as "(fiat)" as if your stupid cryptocurrencies aren't the absolute definition of fiat currency

This will only work after you gas the kikes, niggers and chinks. And even then, we'd have to sterilize half the population for control. (genetically selected of course)

I hope you didn't buy during the recent bitcoin pump.
Even if you did, it should be back up even higher in a few weeks/months

No, bought at 2.200 a few days ago. But as you said, btc always finds a way. I've been monitoring this shit since the 2013 crash and it never disappoints.

Jesus was the first to bring to fruition the radical ideas of...
>Loving your neighbor as yourself >enriching others >not getting caught up in material things or money >not getting caught up in your ego/identity >realizing we are all "one" >not allowing loans with interest >to share with others >to provide for those that are in need >to not judge others less you be judged >to go and sell what you have and give to the poor >to have compassion on the multitude >it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God
Do you not know your creator?
The gospels are about the coming super government of God that will set up his powers on Earth and reign forever. All other forms of government will be destroyed.

>How is crypto going to help the world? 1. it'll get rid of a certain globalist class of subhuman scum whose business is usury by law thus ending their vampirism
2. are you aware of what goes on with each and every fiat transaction? it's technically pretty much more complex than filling up the blockchain; crypto makes p2p business possible without rentseeking institutions and opens up trading to people otherwise unable to do so due to legislation and gatekeepers keeping the bar of entry too high
3. internet is here to stay, electric power is going nowhere
4. your mother's virginity was much easier to steal than cash, or private key to crypto wallets
5. use an escrow service or pick up goods in person, I don't give a fuck about gullible people falling for marketing scams or putting trust into people they shouldn't
6. there's no free lunch, your bank charges you each and every transaction, and then some

1. Crypto tied to PayPal 2. If copy-pasting is too hard for you, I have bad news bro... 3. You could make the same argument for debit/credit, or by extension even fiat. 4. Tell the millions of people who were part of the Target data breach a few years back how their shit was safer with a major bank... 5. Chargebacks and Stop Payments are grimy things to do anyway. Returns...well refunds are refunds. 6. You think Visa is a non-profit? They get a percentage of every swipe, bro. How is a Tx fee or ETH gas different?
You omitted a few important things, like how crypto will allow countries with currency issues (see - India, Zimbabwe) to have a decentralized, reliable medium of exchange.
You will have a rapid transfer system which doesn't rely on SWIFT, and isn't subjected to things like OFAC compliance.
You will take momentary policy decisions out of the hands of a handful of elite Board of Governor jerkoffs.
