Did Dragons Exist?

Have Dragons existed once? Art and scriptures of dragons are found from the Americas to Africa and Asia and Europe, it just can't be a coincidence. And before you say I need scientific evidence no I don't because scientists are the ones who keep the truth about the existence of dragons shut, what do you think the air plane was based off? Dragons, Flamethrowers? Dragons, Guns? Dragons, Cannons? Dragons. Even tanks and OVENS. Dragons have shaped our very lives yet we choose to believe they haven existed!

Watch the million years war

I think marco polo wrote about seeing dragons in his travels.

...

Watch this documentary

Mmmm idk but you can't take all those art pieces and such so literally, could've been some representation of a bird or some shit lol, or maybe some mythical basis (but they could be real )

that was disappointing

Maybe there are giant ones that have been living underground for millions of years.

Dragons? 100% existed

Fire Breathing Dragons? NO

Real dragons (as in: lizard-like, flying, combs on their bodies and heads, breathing fire) only come from two mythologies, Chinese and European (mainly Celtic and Germanic and Slavic). And they are fairly different, Chinese dragons have no wings, have longer bodies, are usually benevolent and are basically gods, while Western dragons are basically monsters.

The problem is that a lot of creatures get called dragons that are not "real" dragons (see above). Like, people call Hydra a dragon even though it's just a snake with multiple heads. Some people talk about "Aztec dragons" even though they only have serpents with feathers.

One of the problems is that Greek doesn't have a separate word for dragon and serpent, they are both draco. So when they described both Greek and foreign monsters they called all snakes draco too. Which got carried to latin and it later became a name for a specific mythical creature which is different from snakes.

So basically, most of the "dragons" many cultures have are just monstrous snakes. Which makes sense, venomous snakes live all over the world and were a danger to humans.

yea

it's the ancestral memory of the reptilian invasion of the hollow earth desu.

flies and breathes fire? Or moves interdimensionally and uses weaponized nuclear hellfire?

hmm

nice post

Dinosaurbones might have inspired the people.

People are ignoring this post. It's a Vsauce video, go watch it. It talks about how dragons were created as death or danger symbols, inspired by the snake. It doesn't have Michael but it's pretty cool

Yes.

Dinosaurs and dragons refer to the same creatures. The word "dinosaur" means terrible lizard and it was coined in 1841. Before that, people knew them as dragons.

The reason why dragon/dinosaur stories are so universal and appear in every culture and civilization, is because they lived with man.

genesispark.com/exhibits/evidence/historical/dragons/

Too much evidence to ignore. Dinosaurs are drawn by ancient civilizations, plenty of tales. People even rode dinosaurs. They went largely extinct around the middle ages, although there are still rumours of living Plesiosaurs (Loch Ness monster) or long-necked dinosaur living deep in the swamps of Congo. There were even Pterodactyl sightings during the US Civil War.

The only ones that are in denial are evolutionists who cling to the "millions of years old" myth.

Reminder that God gave you the inability to uptake all required nutrients and fully digest your own food. It's all bacteria with archaea and a sprinkle of fungus that perpetuate your pituful waste of existence.

If dragons did exist, scientists would be the first ones to tell you. Not try and hide it from you

OR WOULD THEY?

Ancient Astronaut theorists, say no.

Reminder that G-d made us that way, whether you like it or not :^}

dinosaur fossils litter the planet. it's p obvious where stories of dragons come from. what are you gonna do 10k years ago in china when one of your beasants digs up a t-rex skull, ignore it?

god does not exist

*tips fedora*

>So basically, most of the "dragons" many cultures have are just monstrous snakes
Didn't the word dragon came from the greek draco meaning large snake?

Perhaps spiritual beings known as "dragons" exist.

>implying those aren't nephilim
Nice try evolutionist

Yes, it's what people called dinosaurs before the word dinosaur was coined.

This.

Dragons and Dinosaurs are the same thing.
Dinosaur is a very recent word.

Let's not forget the T-Rex find in Alaska where they had soft tissue, connective tissue, and red blood cells found.

>this triggers the atheist

any ancient carving or painting of a dinosaur will trigger them.

i've learned a long time ago that atheists are irrational and suffer from a deep-seated case of cognitive dissonance.

no matter how much proof, they simply *want* the bible to not be true in order to protect their lifestyle.

The light came into the world, but men preferred the darkness, for their acts and their hearts were dark.

You've posted this before and another user gave you a link that explained it. I doubt you read it though. You simply don't care about the truth and just want to validate your own beliefs. >inb4 starts posting fake nephilim skeleton images

>mental gymnastics to avoid the obvious

You mean the truth that there are thousands of ancient dinosaur carvings and paintings?

Literal depictions of triceratops and brontosaurus.

>literally replying to yourself just to bump the troll thread

My, my, the mind of a Veeky Forums degenerate.

Literal insanity.

Soft tissue survived millions of years due to the presence of iron.

Samefag.

Atheists sure are desperate these days.
