you need to steal only a little bit, like 1btc from one of the wallets and you need to make sure that wallets can be found on many different places.
You can be a jaded person and smart or a jaded person who is not. Covering your tracks is vital.

When you cash out the bitcoin, make a new seperate account on some shit exchange like yobit and use TOR with a different machine and a live usb stick (tails is great).

You then buy something like monero, get these funds to several different wallets, convert these on different exchanges to bitcoin and then store these bitcoin on a few wallets repeating the process with fractions over the next year.

Also drop some of the stolen bitcoin, so it will be harder to track the stolen amount by simply searching how many you stole.

Options:

>6 months from now so this thread is all but forgotten
>Find an inactive wallet containing a large amount
>Steal it and launder it through monero

or
