Tell me how a german victory in ww1 wouldn't be ideal:

Tell me how a german victory in ww1 wouldn't be ideal:

No rise of communism, no holocaust, no ww2, a lot of avoided deaths simply

I won't because it would have been glorious.

Heil dir im Siegerkranz, heil dir im Kaiserreich

You're assuming Germany being 2x it's original size would be okay.

Albion would even be envious of a Germany the size of Luxemburg

Mao, Stalin, Ww2.

Lots of deaths that could've been avoided

WW1 ended a despicable era based on bigotry, imperialism and chauvinism, ww2 ended another terrible one and the end of the cold war another, I say good riddance

If Italy remained in the Central Powers, they would have won probably, as the Italian front, despite Italian incompetence, dealt hundreds of thousands of dead and over 2 000 000 casualties all together to the A-U and Germany.

But yes, it would have been a far, far better world.

> WW1 ended a despicable era based on bigotry, imperialism and chauvinism,

Perhaps, but whoever is European, it would have been a far, far better timeline.

Not so for the African probably, though, perhaps not, perhaps the decolonization process would still happen, but this time in a far more stable and careful manner.

>we should have let the Germans win in the hopes that then they'd stop ruining the world!

Just partition Germany and occupy the Rhineland like Foch wanted to do.

Tell me how a french victory in the napoleonic wars wouldn't be ideal:

No rise of colonialism, no ww1, no ww2, no holocaust, no communism, a lot of avoided deaths simply

The Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Jewish/German people would have been far better off if the Central Powers won. Try to refute this, pro-tip: you cant.

>If Italy remained in the Central Powers, they would have won probably, as the Italian front, despite Italian incompetence, dealt hundreds of thousands of dead and over 2 000 000 casualties all together to the A-U and Germany.

Italy imported 90%+ of its coal and oil. The British essentially had an "off" button for the entire Italian economy. They didn't really have any choice but war with the CPs, even ignoring the fact that the Italian population still saw Austria as the arch-enemy and wouldn't be too keen to fight on their side.

Decolonization happened out of necessity not out of decision, for it to happen the metropoles had to be knocked down a peg

Except all were victories for capitalism. Now commons like drinking water and melodies are a trade commodity.
WW1 capitalist block a versus b
WW2 capitalism vs fascism
Cold War capitalism vs socialism
After that capitalism against the rotw's ressources

> Italy imported 90%+ of its coal and oil. The British essentially had an "off" button for the entire Italian economy.

You mistake me.

I did not mean that in the sense of Italy attacking the Allies, I meant that more in the sense of Italy not attacking the Central Powers.

Simply not doing anything would have helped the Centrals a lot, with one less front and 2 000 000 less killed/wounded for ze Germans and hte A-U.

Who says similar things wouldn't have happened?

At the peace conference Orlando wept because he knew he made a terrible mistake when he saw that the allies had no intention of keep ing their promises to Italy.

You mistake me. The Italians don't have a choice. They have no recourse if the British Navy sails some ships along the coast and sends a polite letter to the Italians informing them that their entire economy could be destroyed in days if the Royal Navy decided that Italian coastal shipping shouldn't be a thing anymore.

The massive interventionist demonstrations are just icing on the cake. When Italy was staying neutral, the people who wanted to join Central Powers and kill Frenchmen joined together with the people who wanted to join the Entente and kill Austrians and marched on the streets, demanding the government to just join the war, no matter which side. They have to fight someone. And Italy being entirely dependent on Britain for coal makes this a rather easy choice.

You seriously believe the British would do that to a neutral country?

Remember what they did to Iran?

What reason do they have not to?

>expecting Britain not to be a treacherous, spineless bunch of cunts

>Middle East
Yes but only because Ottomans are better than the autistic shit that Britain and France drew up.
>Africa
No. German colonies were significantly worse than French and British colonies for both inhabitants and for the colonist nation.
>Europe
Debatable but ultimately you would see a reversal in second world war roles. France would see a resurgence of Revanchism, the UK would rebuild its navy, and Russia would still modernize like it did in our timeline. Que World War Two, Germany would loose again as Italy and Japan would probably still be on allies side. USA might join Germany against Russia and Japan if it still expanded but probably not as fought against Germany in World War One.

Tbqh Germany looses the Second World War regardless of the first. They would never have achieved such a decisive victory to relive the Entente of their colonial possessions and thus they would effectively enter World War Two with only more territory in Eastern Europe, possible insurrection in Poland, and perhaps less allies as Italy and Japan would want revenge and stick with their old allies.

Germany was a mistake.

I'd ask Greece and the sand niggers their opinion on that

>Albion
Reeeeeeee it's britain you romanaboo

Other way around

Everyone already knows that the Central Powers were better than the Triple Entente

>do you really think someone would do that, just be a fucking beady backstabbing anglo cunt for no reason at all?

Too many ouiboos and prussiaboos itt

Luxemburg would be envious of a Germany the size of Albion?

>No rise of communism

Not remotely a guarantee.

>no holocaust

Not as it happened, but a totalitarian genocidal regime in Europe (possibly France or Russia) is still very possible.

>no ww2

Again, not as it happened, but there would probably be a Second Great War by those attempting to challenge Germany's domination of the continent.

No Germany would be envious of Britain even if it was the size of Luxembourg

I find my other-way-round more likely.

Napoleon was a pawn of luciferian Freemasons.

No only delusional prussiaboos think that. Germany has always been envious of Anglos. We've achieved what they can only dream about. Even their Kaiser who was half British wanted to be more English than his cousins

>Even their Kaiser who was half British
Now you've give yourself away mate. Nice one.

Willhelm the second was half british from his mom

Viktoria, the daughter of Albert von Sachsen-Coburg and Gotha and Viktoria of House Hanover? Right. Brits, all of them.

Now you are just being autistic. We both know that they were Brits even if their families orginated elsewhere

ius sanguinis, mate

>b-but there were b-britsh

There wasn't a native monarch on the english throne since the day Harold got an arrow through his eye socket. You were basically ruled by a german royal house for three fucking centuries lmao, the only reason they even abdicated all their titles under the german crown was because they were afraid of the subhuman british plebs anti german sentiment.

>implying the frenchies wouldn't turn into nazis

Maurras, Sorel... Many communist and socialist would go full nationalist and take revenge. Shit would still have happened.

>ell me how a german victory in ww1 wouldn't be ideal:
I can't.

>Tell me how a german victory in ww1 wouldn't be ideal:
>No rise of communism

But user, the Germans shipped Lenin to Russia and made communism a thing

>no rise of communism
>Germans ship Lenin to Russia on 1917 before WWI ends

Sure mate. Sure.

Yeah there's almost no way Communism doesn't "rise" in Europe, or anywhere else in the world.

Also Japan would still have invaded China. and since European nations may not have gotten involved. there's nothing stopping them from using their full force against China, conquering it, then moving on to european colonies

Communism was already rising in Russia before the end of ww1. Also ww2 would've probably happened in one way or another, cus tentions would've been still pretty high in europe after german victory. Their peace treaty would have been even tougher than the treaty of versailles.
Probably would've been more like the treaty of brest-litovsk.

Communism is inevitable.

People will stop being wagecucks to the system and chop off the bankers' and capitalists' heads. Captialism's time is nigh.

>implying a total Habsburg victory in the 30 years war wouldn't have been prevented all those plus all the other horrors that happened before

Europe unified under the Catholic Habsburgs was the true way.

So you're advocating a perfect Central Power victory right?
Why not a perfect Entente victory instead, it would have done everything you wanted.
A Central Power victory via a succesful Spring Offensive would have been very very bleak, Austria-Hungary was defunct, Ottoman Empire was on its last breath, Germany was starving and its eastern puppets collapsing. None of them would have the funds to sustain themselves at all, the aftermath would have been much much worse than what happened IRL.

You're actually advocating for a WW1 done by christmas.

What is the entire history of Europe ?

>No rise of communism
Since a Europe with a Central Powers victory would be a complete shit-show economically, if anything it would be even stronger than IRL
>no holocaust
You don't know that. A radical right-wing regime could definitely take over in France or Russia. Or even a victorious Germany for that matter. If the German victory comes later (with the Spring Offensive as the most likely time), then Ludendorff is the most powerful man in Germany, and he was sympathetic to anti-semitism. He and Hindenburg were even promoting a radical right-wing authoritarian party, the Fatherland Party, in the last years of the war.

> no ww2
Not identical to the one we had IRL, but it's highly likely some global conflict would break out.

Speaking as a british man, fucking yes, we fought fuckin' ghandi dude, fuckin' ghandi.

Read a book about how Greece got into WW1.

How perfidious.
