Europe currently has only 34 million non-European immigrants. Europe's total population is 743 million. Even if we assume that the immigrant population doubles every generation, which is far, far from the truth, it'd take 4 generations for the immigrants to become the majority.

It also ignores that immigrant birthrate drops of sharply after the first generation, becoming the same as the native population around the 3rd generation. It also ignores the fact that most of Europe's immigrants and refugees come from country's with already low birthrates.
