The civil war was about slavery

>The civil war was about slavery

Yeah... it was about the states' rights to practice slavery, totally different.

>The Reformation was a good idea

Catholics aren't Christian

>France's natural borders don't include the left bank of the Rhine

Yes, the South defended its right to own slaves.

No, the North were actually more interested in protecting the Union than they were in freeing the slaves.

Are there people who actually believe that?

Neither are protcucks.

>KGB clergy

>The Germans are at fault for WWI

>zionist clergy

Yeah, but the south seceded

>germany was a good boy they dindu nuffin wrong

>the american revolution was about representation

Of course the north wasn't altruistic, and parts of it made even the south look like a haven for black folk, but people who use that to somehow excuse the south are full of shit. Slavery had to end one way or another.

Not in Reformed churches

>Nazi Germany was the pinnacle of Western civilization

>Japan stopped using firearms at one point

>Franz Josef did nothing wrong

>Nazi Germany wasn't the pinnacle of Western civilization

>I don't believe in God

"In elementary school you learn the civil war was about slavery, in high school you learn the civil war wasn't about slavery, in college you learn that yes, it really was."

Something like that anyway.

What did he do wrong? Legitimately curious.

Why?

just like zen and the mountain

>What did he do wrong? Legitimately curious.

He went to Bosnia.

This is depressingly accurate.

There's two things people get wrong about the Civil War; the first is that it was about slavery; the second is that it wasn't about slavery.

No, it was the final conflict between Industrialism and Feudalism.
