traditional chinese cuisine is done alongside confucian dietary standards, which means a lot more rice and vegetables, and less meat. Also more steaming of meat, instead of battering and deep frying.
Me, I prefer the latter. Because I'm a burger. But hey, we like what we like.

That's what I love about Italian food. I just fucking love herbs and simple flavors. Likewise with Greek and Turkish and wider Balkan stuff - just grill some meat, put some lemon on it, scatter some parsley, maybe chop some onions and add it in and pair with a flatbread.

The thing about tunisian is that they use both herbs and spices to put some flavor, i should have made it more clear but what i meant was that if you use herbs make sure that they atleast put some taste into the food instead of wasting it.

It depends. You have authentic Italian-American Pizzerias on the east coast which serve some pretty good pizza and shit like dominoes and papa johns.
