Agree with previous posters. Also, think about it's use - there are people who currently use DOGE to transfer between exchanges because of its very low fees (and because it's a reason to use DOGE, which is greatly satisfying from a meme point of view). However, DOGE is slow and kinda stale - it's never going to go very far because of the preminig and heavy early adaption. Now, LDOGE is a very fast coin that was not at all premined and keeps the really low fees.
