Anybody else's uni history classes full of Poles, Ukranians, and other shit-tier Eastern Euro countries who do nothing but slander the USSR's legacy and defend fascism?
It's completely ridiculous and ahistorical how they try to put a famine on the same level as a deliberately engineered extermination program, and then go out of their way to downplay the latter and exaggerate the former. Some of them make it sound like Stalin forced clouds not to rain or something.
I hope those gopniks beat you to a pulp after class one day. Just saying!
Noah Rivera
> implying famines aren't deliberately engineered > implying anglos aren't responsible for mega holocaust of hindu peoples
Matthew Garcia
Are you peeved?
Ian Davis
>you expose the faults in my narrative so I have to hurt you
Jonathan Torres
lol you wish. They're all scrawny nerds who probably collect replica swords or some shit in their free time. 90% chance they're Krautchanners.
Landon Lee
If my country is responsible for there being less Indians in the world, frankly I think we should be thanked for it.
Liam Garcia
>Hey Soviets want some food? >Nah we're good >Millions dead >famine

Anybody else's uni history classes full of Anglos, French, and other shit-tier Eastern Euro countries who do nothing but slander the Nazi's legacy and defend communism?
David Adams
>shit-tier lol, russians were desperately trying to immigrate to western SSRs and other eastern bloc countries to escape their own shithole.
>commieboo >it's a western european/canadian/american Every time.
Sebastian Ross
russian and eastern european students are required to read the gulag arcipelaggio
communism is infinitely worse than fascism, that isnt to say fascism is good, but communism is the bottom of the barrel
now fuck off
Michael Phillips
Spotted a Russian.

Fascism = if you're part of the master race (unless it's like Italian Fascism or whatever) and you're fine
Communism = die no matter what
Austin Adams
no we arent required to read that dont know where you got that from
Brayden Gomez
It's because I know it's shocking but bear with me they know about the ideology and the history of the USSR more then you do since they not only have the access to the books and such that you do but they also got first hand accounts form family members and friends that lived through communism they have probably been exposed to many different opinions of that time from the people who suffered during it as well as from the people that prospered thanks to it and they were able to you know think critically and see the USSR for what it really was a corrupt to the core oppressive movement that only benefited wealthy powerful psychopaths t. grandson of a secret police officer and the city's Red party's treasurer on mother's side and two piss poor workers on fathers side
Isaac Torres
>Bangladesh: 156 million people Increase that by 50 million or so people
Jonathan Young
>Eastern European students are required to read widely discredited propaganda
That's like saying Arabs should be taken at their word on all matters Jewish because many of them have read the Protocols of Elders of Zion
Jacob Roberts
Communists haven't murdered hundreds of millions of people
The number of all people killed by all communist regimes is dwarfed by the people killed by Nazi Germany, even if you include every death by famine or natural death in a Soviet gulag
Grayson Nguyen
>communist apologists believe this The death toll on Ukraine alone was greater than the victims of the Holocaust. What the soviets did to the Kulaks let tot he death of some 6 million people.
The official number of deaths (from overwork or executions) in concentration camps given by the Soviets is around one million, the actual number is hard to calculate because documents are harder to go by than what we have in post-war Nazi Germany. Some estimate 10 million. If you include all the famines influeced by soviet policy the number goes up considerably.
Joshua Morris
> shit-tier Eastern Euro What are you itself?
Jason King
>Hitler only killed Jews
Brayden Myers
>things that I never said Including everyone else that was killed in concentration camps by the nazi regime, including gypsies and homossexuals, the number should be around 6 to 10 million people. I wouldn't expect a sovietboo to be well informed and educated on facts about the era, so your reaction shouldn't surprise me and it doesn't.
Hudson Wright
It needs to include every single casualty of the European theater of WW2.
Jordan Ramirez
That's retarded. The Soviets also killed millions during the war and pretty much mass-raped entire towns in germany afterwards.
Camden Lopez
The blood of every German is on the hands of the Nazis who started the War
Kayden James
Different user.
That's a ridiculous stance to take considering the Germans sued for peace and ceasefire multiple times.
Also, the deaths and rapes of unarmed German civilians should certainly not be on their hands.
Evan Barnes
I suppose that the blood of every Ukranian is on the hands of the Ukranians that didn't fight communists to the death when they came to force their violent ideology on them and killed a fifth of their population.
But I also suppose we should always give more leeway to butchers when they are sympathetic to marxism, right comrade?
Isaiah Collins
>Be Russian >Oppress everyone around you for hundreds of years >Waaah why do they hate us!?
James Sanchez
Quite the contrary. The white cozy snowflakes love communism and the Slavs hate both communism and fascism t. Swede
Christopher Anderson
>>Oppress
Henry Walker
>>Oppress everyone around you for hundreds of years More like conquer everyone around you, and then keep conquering tundragooks for a hundred years until you finally reach the pacific.
Before that they were the ones being gangaraped by vikings, mongols and chirstian europeans though. >>>Oppress Yes
Joshua Roberts

The same can be said about Stalin, except that he wasn't elected

Yeah, Stalin was a saint and the soviets were true heroes.
Nolan Carter
first comment lmao
Carson Wood
If the nazis had won, I'm sure today germans would be blaming the jews and communism for the holocaust, and how most of the killing was done by the soviets.
Robert Thompson
>the people who experienced communism actually hate it the most Eh..there are still strong commie parties in eastern Europe.
Same reason why some spaniards still want to unify Iberia with portugal or why most english don't want to break the united kingdom. Some people like the idea of large unions regardless of its socialist nature
Levi Carter
Because a lot of them still associate them with being raped by what was essentially the Russian Empire. Note how it isn't forbidden in Russia.
Mason Nelson
The (((academia))) aka jews always want to prop up capitalism the system they thrive on and it's variants like fascism (minus nazism). So there will always be an anti left and anti marxist slander. These students are a product of that brainwashing by liberals.
Isaiah Hall
>((())) >jews >anti left Is leftypol or some other retarded commie larper board trying to use /pol/ jargon and memes to push marxism here? This entire post was vomit inducing
Luke Torres
>What could possibly be the reason? No one else has reason to take commies seriously.
Blake Roberts
>Because a lot of them still associate them with being raped by what was essentially the Russian Empire The USSR dindu nuffin, it was them Romanovs all along!
>Note how it isn't forbidden in Russia. Are you dense?
Ian Long
>Are you dense? Are you saying absolutely no russian resent being mistreated during the soviet era and could want to see those symbols forbidden? The vast majority of them do not, but I could see it happening.
Putin already gave praise to Soljenítsin, the guy who pretty much undermined socialism in the USSR to the west, so it would not be too crazy form them to officially declare certain soviet symbols forbidden.
Benjamin Martin
pic related
Ryan Ortiz
Russia wasn't """liberated""" by a foreign dictatorship to impose communism for decades They did however ban nazi propaganda, so i guess it's only wrong if another country does it
Luis Lewis
>Putin already gave praise to Soljenítsin, the guy who pretty much undermined socialism in the USSR to the west, so it would not be too crazy form them to officially declare certain soviet symbols forbidden. Solzhenitsin is willing to cooperate with Putin, because he has no reason to shit on orthodox Russia. That doesn't change the fact that Putin is still cracking down on people who actually study the crimes of Soviets, official Russian historiography still presents the wewuz good boys side of history and bans foreign works that would smear the USSR.
Also Russia will never ban communist symbols, since they are connected with Great patriotic war.
Henry Collins
I never praised Putin or even said Solzhenitsin is a fucking angel of truth. I just pointed out that the cooperation between the two shows that modern russian authorities are more flexible when it comes to criticizing their soviet past than they were, say, 20 years ago.
Charles Taylor
> absolutely no russian Maybe most crazy ones are against symbols, but an actual 99.9% majority is okay with them. Even the most full retard anti-tankies rarely propose something like ban of sickle hammer and red flags.
Andrew Russell
And I said the flexibility would never reach the point where they would straight up shit on Soviet epizode and ban the red star.
>I just pointed out that the cooperation between the two shows that modern russian authorities are more flexible when it comes to criticizing their soviet past than they were, say, 20 years ago. And they are less flexible than they were under Jeltzin. Not to mention the cooperation between those two shows nothing, as Alexander Isajevich is not a very important figure and certainly not one that would like to be used against christian Russia .
