>took a good hard look in the mirror today and saw an unemployed 25 yo man still living with his parents who plays video games and faps to 2D Japanese cartoons in order to forget about how how pathetic his life is, all the while all his high school and university acquaintances have far surpassed him, gone on to have stable careers in respectable fields like law or engineering or started their own businesses by now, and he still occasionally yearns to have a relationship with that oneitis who he met in the bar that one time in university 5 years ago who was nice to him when no one else did

Get loans and invest in antshares it's your last hope.

...

25 is still very young, you have ample time to pursue a goal whether it be drawing chinese cartoons and have people pay you for a good fap of their waifus or falling for the stem meme

This makes me less depressed
I hope you find your way
Oh and biz probably won't help much

Hey man, I was in your shoes when I was 25 (almost five years ago). Here are some thoughts that helped me turn it around, maybe they can be of use to you.

In my case, even though I was very unhappy being jobless and living with parents, a part of what was holding me back was a fear of the unknown. It was a weird sense of being comfortable in my misery. "I'm depressed with things like this, but at least I know what to expect".

The best way to get some momentum going is:
#1:
Start some kind of positive daily habit and stick to it. Keep it small. In my case, I started running, even though I hated it at first. I forced myself to stick with it, and it became a refuge - the one area of my life where I felt in control of myself. Over time, that feeling spread into other parts of my life.

This will help with #2:
Push yourself to do things that scare you. You won't become the person you want to be unless you can learn to ignore the part of you that talks yourself out of doing the things you know will be good for you.

>wants to get better
>doesn't do anything about it

Then you must not want to. If you do, prove it, and just don't give up. It's literally that easy but "intellectuals" and the "emotionally complex" make excuses so they can jerk off to how sad they are. You're in an inbetween state. I remember while I was getting older video games just started to feel like a waste of time, along with a lot of my hobbies. I just matured. It's part of growing up, roll with it or you'll just feel anxiety and FOMO. You need to do something hard though.

>Push yourself to do things that scare you.

that's how I became gay....

Become a monk for a week or 2.

Stop fapping, gaming, processed foods and all other distractions. Remove all electronics for the time period.
Focus on yourself, who you are, the time that passed, things you liked things you hated and why?

Write your thoughts down, reflect and think about your future. What do you want, why and how.

If you try to do this, it will be hard but you should feel better and find some direction. Stop comparing yourself to others, each situation is unique and find power love and happiness inside.

You can do it OP, even if you don't follow this guide. You are in control of your own chaos. Fake it till you make it.

this has nothing to do with /biz

fuck off

Sell drugs for a few months. Seriously. Its a great experience that will change your life for better or worse. You cant go any lower. Even if you get locked, youll have lots of time to draw 2d sluts and sell them to horny inmates, you can transition to tattoos and have a respectable career when you get out. First time offenders rarely do time anyways.

Sounds like me when I was 20, and I was failing my community college classes to boot. Grab your nuts and start focusing on your life. Turn away from the video games and cartoons, find something productive and put some effort into it. Things don't come automatically, you gotta go out and get them.

>hair seems to overreact to wind

KEK

your enjoyment of sucking cocks is what made you gay.

>find something productive and put some effort into it.

But WHAT?

I don't have a passion or interest in anything, except for things that don't make money

go and teach english in asia or something and invest a third of your earnings into crypto, put another third into a savings account and live off the last third

start unironically listening to Jordan B Peterson's lecture user. sort yourself out. you can do it.

Your only hope is to listen to the Dave Ramsey show.

Check'd, kek demands it. Fuck off to /r9k/ with the other beta rejects.

You're a loser because you have these thoughts.

Women only care about status. Getting a job will give you status as well as some financial security. The more status you get the hotter the women you can get. But nothing changes, They all want the money and the status.

Just get the job and the women will come, Just don't cuck yourself and fall for the marriage trap. After they marry you they own your ass and half of everything else you worked for.

Welcome to being 20-something. You are young and have time to set a course. You need discipline in your life. Establish good habits and stick with them. Yes, school, exercise, and eating right suck as first - but it gets easier. You know what's really hard? Being a 30 or 40 something with shit health, no skill, and a lot of regret. I've got several that work for me and it pains me to see them cope with it daily.

You have 75 years maybe 80 years on this planet to fuck around. You are 25 and you now look in the mirror and have the insight to unfuck your life. Congrats. You are already making the first step.
Start working (any fucking job) and earn your 1st coin. The rest will follow through and your life will be realigned.
Take baby steps and move on.
You can still fap to japanese porn and play video games cuz those are the things that make life worth living.

Anything can make you money if you're good enough

For some Veeky Forums related advice for financial success, you'd want to start aiming to be ahead of the game. Look at the future, what you've got a whole decade or more to do, what kind of tech would be worth investing in, what sort of studies you might want to take to be the pioneer of the future, no matter how small the job as long as you work towards the future you'll be golden.

Any sorts of studies in bionics or business related to a bio-tech industry is a guaranteed long-term success since bionic parts will be all the rage in a few decades. Prototypes of bionic lenses and body parts are already coming about, but they're still far from mainstream. Take a bio course or business course, do those forced group assignments and see if you can make friends or at least connections through those. If you cba studying something like that, try applying for roles in jobs that are working towards that kind of tech. Even if you have to start low and work your way up, this field is still young and can give you a chance to have a name out there. Good luck.
