WWII was won with British intelligence, American steel, and Russian blood

WWII was won with British intelligence, American steel, and Russian blood.

>British intelligence

>Anglos
>intelligence

>American steel
The nazis didn't won tho

wwii was won with german, japanese and italian incompetence

What is with this stupid fucking shitposting?

>brit intel

Most of American AND British intel was shit. The Soviets were the only ones with their finger in the Nazi pie (and in the Allied pies too). Turing and that one US Navy guy did a lot though.

Any generalization that simple is gonna sound retarded.

WW2 was won with British intelligence, British courage and British stiff upper lip.

...

>American steel
The English gave far more to the Russians in lend lease than the Americans did because >empire

Stiff upper lip and courage are the same tho

*German 'wonder' weapons, Italian incompetence and Japanese biting off more than they can chew

>The greatest ""british"" spy from ww2 was actually spanish

It really makes you think.

Well he wasn't actually a spy for a start. Him NOT being a spy us kinda the main part of the story.

Ill give you my stiff upper lip ;)

>British intelligence
literally nobody except op said that ever

>American steel
americans wish they could churn out 35,000 T-34s

Literally the only thing Britain achieved in WW2 is that they prevented getting invaded.

And German brains.

>49,000 M4 Shermans

And they beat the shit out of the Germs and Pastamen in North Africa

German hubris, Japanese fury, and Italian cowardice

They were the main Allied force in the Mediterranean Theater (read: southern Europe and North Africa) where 1.8-2 million Germans were captured or killed and where the Germans lost thousands of tanks. They were also the main force fighting the Kriegsmarine, sinking hundreds of submarines and several battleships. And played a pretty big part in the air war, shooting down tens of thousands of German planes and dropping 1.3 million tons of bombs. That's not even getting into their wars against Japan and Italy.

Just because they didn't do near as much as the Americans or Soviets doesn't mean they didn't contribute a massive amount.

what?
>The Soviets were the only ones with their finger in the Nazi pie
>Completely unprepared for Barbarossa, the largest invasion force in the history of warfare.
British Intelligence was phenomenal. I know it's fashionable to bash brits that really is an astoundingly stupid thing to say.
Or does Cryptanalysis of the Enigma only warrant a revolted pepe nowadays?

don't be bad Veeky Forumstorians
Brits breaking the enigma was huge and made submarine warfare ineffective for periods of time. Practice good history.

>The entire british empire war effort vs the 2 undersupplied panzer divisions and the italian "army"
>In the super strategically important wasteland of North Africa
>They only won because germans lacked fuel

The Afrika Korps? The one led by one of the most brilliant German Field Marshals of the war?

BTW, the Germans were trying to go though North Africa to reach the Suez Canal, which would let them control the entire Middle East...including the oil.

The German force peaked at 6 full strength Panzer divisions. They used disproportionately large amounts of trucks and planes too.

Not to mention all those trucks and every new locomotive the Russians got while lend lease was going.

>6771 ships incl 8 battleships and over 100 carriers
>Over 300,000 aircraft
>2,300,000 motor vehicles
>300,000 planes

Truly the Arsenal ?of Democracy?

And American food

Also communism, they gave the Soviets a lot of trucks and boots
