I could easily login (using TOR), change password and email address, destroy all backups and ask for a ransom in BTC.
I know how they work and doing so would cost them a shit ton of money (plus bad publicity). Pretty sure they would pay.

They use a Wordpress plugin that uploads backups to the server. You can delete all the backups from admin panel.
