Would human philosophy apply to aliens?

don't see why not, it suppose to reflect reality

if it turns out that alien philosophy is advanced then we will quickly exchange notes

THERE IS NO "OUTERSPACE".

It's so sad when you see a nice thumbnail but then you hover over it and you find out the original is still ant sized.

This, it is just space. Outerspace is an earthcentric term.

Why do you think that?

But that happens.

That would depend entirely on the nature of alien biology.

If they're fully sapient individuals able to choose their own actions, then our philosophy should apply well enough to them. But if they're a hive-mind or something like insects with physically different castes, so that the lives of individuals are guided primarily by biological determinism rather than choice, then a lot of our philosophy won't make sense to them.

But modern philosophy doesn't change because of the existence of Mexicans. Why should it change for other non-human life?
