Cool Battles

>Croats and Hungarians know the Ottoman army is coming to take Vienna and destroy Europe
>they want to buy Vienna time to build defenses
>2300 of them hold out in a fort against 150,000 muslims
>outnumbered and defenseless against Muzzie artillery
>wave after wave they attacked and were repelled over the period of a month
>eventually cornered and down to a few hundred men
>Zrinski decides to lead his men in one last charge
>gets the turks cornered on a narrow bridge and fires a homemade mortar killing 600 of them
>Zrinski's last words: "I will go first, and what I do, you do. And God is my witness – I will never leave you, my brothers and knights!"
>takes two arrows to the chest and a bullet to the head before dying
>Ottomans move into the fortress thinking they won
>thatswhereyourewrongkiddo.png
>Zrinski kegged the whole fort with the last of the gunpowder
>the blast killed 3000 more Muzzies
>battle ends with 30,000 Muzzies dying and the Sultan kicking the bucket from natural causes
>Europe is eventually saved thanks to Zrinski

My all time fav was always Gaugamela.

Others favs are Agincourt, Hastings, Pharsalus, Kadesh and Cannae.

>" Cannae"
you ruined my night

Maybe he meant Carrhae.

Based Hannibal.

Cannae is one of the best babby-Veeky Forums battles out there. Extremely dramatic underdog victory with brutal facts. And there's a Hardcore History of it too.

Was Gaugamela the battle where the Persian king had a chance to kill Al*xander?

How about Lepanto? Probably one of my favorite naval battles.

The Persians set the scenario for the battle completely. They had choosen the best terrain, Alexander troops were completely outnumbered, the Persians had chariots to knockout the enemy, etc.
Alexander sent two spyes to persian campament so he can "surprisingly strike by night" knowing they would get caught, tortured and finally talk. Persians waited the strike all night in tension while Alexander slept peacefully in his tent.

epic

the level of mild-16-year-old-racism in this

Conquest of Constantinople.

>tfw 21 y.o Sultan Mehmed Fatih.

BYZANTINE WALLS ARE NO MATCH

obvious answer

>sitting in Oval Office with the mates deciding on which sandnigger to blow up
>remotely deploy unmanned aircraft with hellfire missile attached to it
>fly to the middle of the desert in islamistan
>launch missile
>instantly kills 20 insurgents

Well yeah. The fall of Constantinople in 1453 to the Ottoman Turks is like a body builder or professional MMA fighter beating an old man with stomach cancer.

The Spanish-American war is kind of the same.

It was a joke to OP's battle.

80,000 vs 7000

So no.

The battle for Itter Castle

the level of cultural marxism in this

>IF THERE ARE ANY MORE ANTI-AMERICAN PROTESTS I WILL BE FORCED TO INTERVENE
>Sends a ship on a "friendly visit" to provoke exactly that
McKinley was kind of an asshole

Battle of Vesuvius

General sacrifices him soul to chthonic gods then rides to into combat fully armed alone. They win in the end.

You mean the level of triumph over an imperialist aggressor in this?

>what are the strongest walls of europe

Which had fallen into disrepair and were not manned due to the constant plagues and raids

>cultural marxism
What are you even talking about?

Not on Veeky Forums. There can't be "good" germans in their world.

>implying

They probably like Marx, Stirner and other assorted lefty faggot

What battle
What war

What the fuck is wrong with you people? Circlejerking over stereotypes of your boogeymen, pathetic.

Battle of yarmouk was pretty cool

The Battle of Alesia, Julius Caesar vs. Vercingetorix.
