New coins and ICOs you're looking forward to?

New coins and ICOs you're looking forward to?

Decentraland - wtf, and its 8/8 too.

Stox I may not invest in though, I just want to see what happens when an illiterate person promotes something.

The Agora has potential, because we all know it's inspiration has had major success.

Has anyone else ever heard of Decent.bet before? They wanna make passive income through decentralized gambling. Apparently, it's all readable through eth contracts too.

I like it but idk about the Ethereum blockchain anymore.

I had to look up Stox, Mayweather? Really?

But cheers to someone else who knows of Decent.bet. I think that's a winner.

Yeah but attention == attention

I also like The Agora but Idt it will do well. There are tons of ICOs for decent-marketplaces now.

Stox sold 15m of the 30m hardcap already on presale to big investors. Check their twitter. I know mayweather is garbage but this shit will go places.

Really? I'm doing more research as we speak, then.

Do you think that "overfunding" is a thing? I feel that is a hot topic with ICOs of late.

Also I missed out on BNT and SNT :/

Well I tried SNT but never got through.

Some ICOs also get too much attention, so-to-speak. Whales eat them up...

It's getting annoying desu. Decent is doing a bounty thing for pre-ico tokens I think. I'm a total dbet shill.

I'm going to assume you mean Decent.bet, not DECENT.

Too much attention is why I missed out on SNT

shameless bump

I was looking into decentland, interesting to say the least lol

It's also why the entire network crashed on the day of the ico.

BNT hardly ever stopped going down since it hit the market tho. You missed nothing.

That's good to hear, but a shame at the same time. I liked their ideas.

last bump

goodnight moon

Not looking forward to any ICOs. 99% of them are scams and ruined ETH.

ETH blockchain is my fear of Decent.bet, Decentland, and Agora

How do you feel about WAVES? Many ICOs are on WAVES now too.

Bumping for more suggestions
Personally I liked Salt but they're doing some shit so whatever

Check out the Whitepapers for:
Decent.bet
The Agora

Dbet is moreso for passive income, Agora is just a nice idea for a decentralized marketplace.

But yeah if anyone else knows of other good ICOs, please speak up.

goodnight cow jumping over the moon

I really like the look of Salt. Basically they'll lend you money using your crypto as collateral. Pretty awesome if you happen to need to sell some of your crypto to pay bills or something because it will let you get around paying taxes.

The pre ico is finished but the actual ico should be starting fairly soon.

Simple. Baobab Market. Web accessible crypto eCommerce. thebaobab.market. Not a meme. Not a scam. A real normal use for crypto

I'll look more into Salt, it seems nice.

How do you think it compares to other markets? Also, is this decentralized or no?

Pass

Buy my Tierion when it drops

Obsidian Platform, which is ICO'ing right now.

If there is anything I've learned from crypto world so far, its that:
>1) there will likely not be a one-to-rule-them-all platform for all dapps
>2) platform tokens generally deliver solid returns relative to buy-in price (ETH, STRAT, WAVES, LISK, ARK, etc)
>3) platforms with working apps OR apps being worked on have promise
>4) smart contracts are unproven aside from ICOs

So I figure why not throw in a couple of k at a new platform that has Monero's tech lead as an advisor, has an app that is entering beta, is not smart-contract focused, has a transparent team that communicates, etc.

BONUS: currently giving a 10% bonus on contributions.

Yes it's decentralized. But eliminates the stupid extra client problem

Now THAT sounds nice. DBet is like that too AFAIK,

Definitely agree with your first point

Unsure about point 4

So currently my watchlist is:
Salt
Baobab
Decent.bet (This is my main, their entire model is passive income.)
Obsidian
The Agora (but I probably wont invest in this)

The DAO blew up and all decentralized autonomous organizations since then can be categorized (in one way or another) as proof-of-concepts. Other applications of smart contract are likewise.

Don't get me wrong; I'm not saying the technology doesn't have a future. It most certainly does. I just think we're still quite a bit away from that.

So its nice to see a platform that (unlike almost all the others) is NOT going to focus on smart contracts.

Anyone watching REX?
I put some ETH into it, seems like an interesting idea but I'm slightly concerned over how there seems to be a lack of attention.

>missed bnt

Is it 2018 already?
