Veeky Forums is too self conscious. all you guys discuss creation of memes when one of the most fundamental rules of Veeky Forums is that the second you start discussing memes, claiming ownership to them or use it as a means to forward an agenda it becomes a FORCED MEME. I haven't studied much anatomy yet. Even my gesture drawings come out really stiff. I mostly do still-lifes to practice my rendering ability. I've gotten pretty good at texture and form, but keeping everything in proportion and in the same perspective is still a source of frustration. Feel like I shouldn't move on to figure drawing until I have a decent understanding of proportion

The christ-fags, myself included, tend to stay in our containment threads. The major problems are bait posting. For some reason Veeky Forums is really bad at recongizing bait. Every day there are hundreds of replies to "x did nothing wrong" or " x were black" threads. Now we can't blame all of this on /pol/ cross posting, although no doubt a good chunk of it is. We need to blame the Veeky Forums mentality that everyone here is either a Rhodes scholar or a fucking mongoloid. I'm not denying there are some true fucking idiots here, I mean remember the guy who didn't understand how boats work, but 90% of these posts are trolls and Veeky Forums always takes the bait. The replies aren't even shit-posting, it's people genuinely getting angry at these bait posts, just sage them God Damn. Another big problem with Veeky Forums is that it lacks the memes that people got to Veeky Forums for.
