Just apply the Volatility Index created by Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) which shows the market's expectation of 30-day volatility towards BTC and ETH. I.e the higher the volatility of the btc and eth are (from hard fork drama, death hoaxes and etc ) the higher the price.
