Yeah, but it won't be easy you silly socialist. Brazil willingly voted in Goulart, a communist, back in the 60s, however there was then a US-backed coup to install a military Junta dictatorship.
Right now we used to have a socialist (Lula) in power but now after a massive corruption scandal, he and his party have basically collapsed, communist thought is at an all time low.
Plus, many people are already taught to be communists, the public education system has already been fully infiltrated by communism. The biggest problem you'll encounter is message saturation, waving a hammer and sickle is so common, it's meaningless.
On the Brazilian flag, the motto "Order and Progress" comes from Positivism, which seeks to replace religion, which is pretty commie.
You might get robbed and killed by a random black male the moment you land in Brazil. The government is so corrupt, not even democracy properly works. Our last "right wing" president was a sociologist.
So yeah, go ahead and try to implement communism.
