What's the actual policy you are suggesting? I actually agree that it is scientific fact that different populations can have different IQs due to genetics, just like many other genetic traits vary between populations. However it has been consistently shown that variations between individuals are greater than variations between populations and I'm not sure what the policy suggestions are since it makes sense for all humans to have similar rights and for everyone to be treated as an individual.

Also different human populations invariably intermingle with each other every time they come into contact so trying to classify people into specific races seems silly.

It's complicated. You can be very successful even if you have mediocre IQ, but intelligent people are more likely to be successful overall. Shit, skilled bluecollar workers and craftsmen make quite a lot of money and that doesn't take much intelligence, just dedication.

This is in contrast to those without the resources to invest in their offspring who thus produce statistically more progeny so some might find success through sheer statistical mass. We find the same in nature, with creatures such as insects that do not put many resources into their children laying thousands of eggs while mammals, which tend to put time and resources into child rearing, have much fewer. Smart/Rich/"White" people are not "failing to breed", they are pursuing a more efficient reproduction strategy with a higher and thus more prohibitive buy-in cost.

Next step should be researching IQ and other intelligence differences so we can work to close the gap. I'd be happy to bring other races up to the intelligence levels of whites and Asians, we'd all be able to get along that much better, and also advance enough to get off this rock.
