if black people are so smart, then why did yakub invent white people?
checkmate niggy

Ooga booga *chucks spear*

>actual answer

1)Either increasingly conquered by the Arabs and thus the exact same history but with Arab colonials or
2)African tribes that have access to the ocean and can get trade with Europe and thus conquer the non-coastal Africans. We would view Africa the same way as south-east Asia and Europe would have primarily used them in launching proxy wars with the Ottomans as Sub-Saharan Africans would be antagonistic to Arab encroachment.

Even worse than it does today.

>what would a nation look like if it was in a separate universe from other nations
what the fuck man

Music would change drastically, I'll tell you that.

>Either increasingly conquered by the Arabs and thus the exact same history but with Arab colonials

???

Arabs didn't even have control of their own countries

I noticed afro futurism is popular among blacks. Why isn't this kind of thing prevalent with other minorities too?

just like it looked before slave trade and colonialism

Oh that's easy. See pic.

A lot better than it's current state

>posts a slaver market city

False

The moorish dynamic would have continued and Southern Europe would be ruled by muslims.

The US would have never became a superpower.

Well for one there would be no modern infrastructure on the whole continent then so i hardly see how it would be better, i suppose there would be less africans because of lack of agriculture which would be a boon for the rest of the world.

Ridiculous the moors were beaten back long before western colonization and the united states would be even more powerful without it's most troublesome ethnic group.

Moors were beaten back in 1492, it was very much connected to the colonization and rise of the new world. The European colonials learned and used the moorish model of utilizing black labor and manpower.

Good question.
What we need to consider is that while Europe and Asia developed into modern nations, Africa NEVER changed. It always remained a tribal society that rarely left its own region.
One of the most developed would either be Morocco or Egypt, both in North Africa, close to Europe. Egypt could achieve its independence from the Ottomans at some point, because I highly suspect that an Arab Revolt was inevitable. However, given the fact that European powers would be less involved, the Arabs might as well create a mega-state, stretching into Sudan too.
Once the Arab Revolt succeeds, other Ottoman possessions in North Africa would fall quickly. Morocco gets its independence as it did historically, Libya would be divided between Tripoli, Cyrenaica and Fezzan, and Algeria would be the Emirate of Algiers, but only having control of the coastal region. Tunis would be the last to gain independence.
East Africa. Ethiopia's future is uncertain, it might get more powerful due to lack of European completion, or it could collapse at some point. Somalia, Djibouti and Eritrea would be split between various Islamic dynasties.
West Africa would stay the same. Hundreds of tribes, feuds, and genocide. There could be one or two regional powers with some measure of dominance over the region, but they would still be no match for Europeans.
Central Africa: Kingdom of Kongo stays as is, with its future unclear. Central Africa would be the same as West Africa.
Southern Africa. Same as above.

West Africa was moorish, and their caliphates would have probably been far more powerful if the new world colonials didn't undercut them by buying up their manpower.

Mostly a tribal continent with some minor kingdoms in the west and Ethiopia and Somali city states in the east unable to compete economically in the modern world. So a lot like africa today but with less cities and less communist revolutions against western powers.

Also more mud-hut Muslims as the Hausa and west Africans would have free reign to conquer the pagan tribes in the south.

...

All those meme kingdoms.

Probably the same, since they had a well established slave trade before Europeans began buy them and still do to this day despite the fact that colonialism ended long ago. There is little to no environmental pressure for them to change and constant welfare from developed countries keeps local economies from ever developing.

They engaged in slavery just like anyone else but it wasn't a "slaver market city"

Meant for

>all these butthurt stormfags

Bud come on

What are you talking about? Are you saying seeing black people in the future is popular with black people? Uh yeah bud. Let me tell you a little something that people who play video games and read comics won't admit: people like to self insert and if the person looks like them they'll enjoy it more.
If you're asking why its trending why does anything trend?

What would Veeky Forums look like today without /pol/ bait and shitposting?

The south in 1861
>The south will collapse without our slaves
The south now
>We would of been better off without those slaves, in fact the war wasn't even about slavery
You can feel the revisionist history

meant for

What would Africa look today if we lived in a utopia where slavery and the particular kind of oppression coined colonialism is impossible?

Other forms of oppression would take their place, things would be marginally better but it wouldn't make much difference in the grand scheme of things.

Populous tribes with access to european weapons would have genocided smaller ones.

Is that a straw-hut-roof on a tower?

>gets BTFO
>MUH STORMFAGS

Don't you have a welfare check to collect?

It wouldn't look much better, because African slaves were exchanged for other goods like guns and ammunition which led to later conflict between the tribes.

>Moors were beaten back in 1492,
The reconquista was basically over in 1230.Granada was just a vassal of Castile.I don't know why do I even come here.People just talk out of their ass

A bunch spear chuckers killing each others while they are trying to import western weapons.

Yup
Just so you know it's African.
