The hell does that have to do with ethnic groups - of course there were a thousand different ways that state could have ended, just like any other state. It was working, in regards to it's multiethnicity. The only seriously unhappy minority were the hungarians, but nobody really gave a shit about them.

Did the average sudeten Germans actually collaborate with the Czechs, learn their language and respect the Czechoslovak state?
Or did they think they were superior to Slavs and that they should be under German rule and refuse to consider Czechs as equals?

The german minority had some of the best minority protections in Europe. They were not persecuted. The only thing you post tells is is that predatory states will use irredentism as an excuse to destroy other states

Yes but if you already know german than you can just travel across the border unless that in itself is an issue and most people (especially during this era) will stay in their own region most of the time.
