Seriously, why does this board hate him other than the typical Veeky Forums contrarianism

This being said, he was wrong about T-34s being good.

Can't stand the cunt tbqhwy

As a fellow hairlet I can sympathize with his constant wearing of a baseball cap in public.

I don't know who he is but if people like him he must be overrated and appeal to stupid people.

I don't dislike him. Excited to listen to the new one tomight.

Whoah this is just like my filipino flipbooks

That's actively wrong, but I laughed anyway.

In my experience this board generally likes Dan Carlin.

Somebody who brings history into pop culture for folks who wouldn't otherwise read the books is really doing a public service.

>Kung Fu, praying mantis style
Cringed.

Dan's favorite parts of history seem to be stuff I am bored with. I couldn't sit through Kings or Punic or Death Throes.

Absolutely loved Armageddon and Khans and Ostfront.

can someone post Dan carlin green texts

I would really like to hear his take on the Incas, Aztec and Mayans. Also African colonialism and other explorers like Shackleton and Hudson and Drake.

I wish I had the Bane one

This board hates him?

I actually liked Kings. I also liked the way he roped in Alexander.

INCAS WERE SUPERIOR TO EUROPEANS T H O U G H

Its like this everywhere on Veeky Forums
if you say you like anything expect to have shit flung at you

Dan rekindled my interest with King of Kings.
He's very cinematic, if prone to errors and reusing the same phrases over and over.
More entertaining but less accurate than Mike Duncan, but a great listen nonetheless.

Read books instead of listening to pseuds, you retards.

It's retarded to view history as an intellectual pursuit.
