NEO has been bleeding for weeks now and was stagnating around 870k with a downtrend.

We were waiting for good news basically, the closest being the NEO ICO sale of Red Pulse Token (RPX) - a token centered around Chinese Economy.

Now with regulations by the chinese government and RPX refusing chinese to participate in their ICO it crashed NEO down to 650k. And these news doesn't justify a rebound back to 870k in my opinion, I think it will stabilize around 600k - with a risk of going even lower.

Or it might go above 770k, close to its price before the news, but I don't see any justification for that.

Now with the ICO problems with the "Ethereum of China" the next best news is late September with NEOs London Meetup.

Likely just see a downtrend from here on out so why even buy into this position?

I will probably be wrong because the Crypto world is one whacky mess.

But I'll wait at best for the RPX if I change my mind, or I'll just wait until ~20th September because I think the downtrend will continue.
