On a moral level, punishing the Arabs for what Europeans did was simply wrong. The Arabs had nothing to do with the Holocaust, and unlike Christians, had treated Jews great for over a thousand years. If anything, Jews should be thankful for the protection and support Muslims have given them over the years.
