I don't think Hitler was a monarchist, he was primarily a German nationalist who rejected everything non-German. He also hated the Habsburgs for being chummy with the Czechs and preferred a republican rule to Habsburg rule.

socialism is based on class struggle to achieve equality. Communism is a stateless society where the means of production are owned by the proletariat, which can only function if society is truly egalitarian. So socialism is used to "prep" for the communist revolution. Ofcourse in reality the total destruction of history is impossible
