Kerensky's Russia Would be more like a white Brazil than a Slavic America. The regime would be too corrupt to push major reforms like universal education.

Assuming you are right, it would still be interesting to see. (and this is a big IF, I don't think the SRs were that corrupt, they were for land reform and education.

The most immediate change would be that Russia would have a much higher Slavic Birthrate since the Civil War and education reform are not as extreme. So Central Asia would be an cultural extension of Siberia.
