PBS NOVA just came out with a new documentary about knight armor. There's not a lot of shows about this specific subject so if you're into it be sure to watch it.

The artwork is nice but
>drawing a sword when in a melee with other guys in full plate who have poleaxes

Is dumb.

Interested bump

How so? It can still be used to stab.

Claiming the gilded skull armor in the back, second from the right.

>Stabbing somebody in gothic plate
At best he can hit them with the pommel and crossguard and do some blunt damage.

>We're sorry, but this video is not available in your region due to right restrictions

What do you think the polearms are for?

thanks my dude

dog bless

Doing that far more effectively than a sword could.

>literally a bucket with some holes cut into it

>Stabbing somebody in gothic plate
Yes, indeed.

Are those women fighting in armor?

ok so here's a question, battles took hours right

what happened if you needed to relieve yourself while it was going on, its not like these things had zippers. Did knights regularly just shit in their armor? I mean its not like you're going to be the one to clean it.

Why should it be? Is it the tit shaped armour? Because those were used by men. Male and female armour generally is exactly the same

*Charges you*
