This pic is freaking me out

This pic is freaking me out.

Stalin is sitting in a crowd of regular people, smoking a pipe, with no bodyguard anywhere in sight.

Why don't any of those people try and kill the man responsible for their brutal oppression? He's sitting right there- if any of those people decided to hurt him, he'd be finished. Why didn't they do anything?

>People benefit when their friend is in power
This is the secret of democracy and communism

Don't underestimate the power of propaganda. Judging by the words of my grandmother, people weren't just cowering in fear of Stalin constantly - he was like a god to them and he was sincerely loved and adored by millions. Grandmother said something like "We lived our lives with his name on our lips". And there were many people who really believed that the purges were necessary, that Stalin was just fighting against terrorists. Also, don't forget that Stalin's era wasn't just starvation and misery for everyone - there was a lot of social mobility and many people's lives improved considerably (including my family). I am not trying to defend him though, I wish someone had murdered him.

Are there no bodyguards? Do you expect they would present themselves in clearly defined uniforms?

glorious moustache + Chad charisma + god-tier pipe + all these "normal" people were carefully chosen by the Cheka + this haircut shows that this pic was taken before 1932 i.e. before the purge

Because Stalin's opression was directed mostly towards upper classes and some ethnic minorities. Ordinary people's lives have improved.

Handpicked crowds + guards are possibly there

Stalin was a coward, he never visited the front line during WW2, unlike Hitler

>people unnironicaly bealive that common people hate most dictators
>people unnironicaly bealive that Stalin wasnt highly popular

First of all, it was probably a hand-picked crowd.

That said, the system of repression he built perpetuated itself through terror snd paranoia. If someone killed him, they would still be imprisioned, speedily tried and shot and for all they knew someone worse or the same would come to power.

Even after Stalin was dead it was very dangerous to denounce him. Anybody could accuse you of being a revisionist and have you (and your family!) purged or punished.

People were so afraid of Stalin, Khrushchev had to wait THREE WHOLE YEARS after he died to even dare make his De-Stalinization speech.

Just think about that: For three whole years Stalin was dead and the entire system he built kept going on inertia, people still praising him and pretending to love him out of fear.

It is very difficult for us in the West to imagine the paranoia and mistrust, of having to live in a totalitarian society where everyone could be a potential informant, and thus having to live hiding your private thoughts, making sure you don't say the wrong thing, enjoy the wrong music, mention that you've read a wrong book, clap less during speeches, give someone the wrong look.

Anybody that disliked you or coveted your position could tell on you. Even if your life was spotless the slightest mistake could get you killed.

That was the evil of Stalinism that Orwell so well captured in 1984. They feared Stalin but more importantly they feared each other. The system of terror was was self-sustaining. Based on naked repression but more importantly on paranoia, turning friends against each other, son against father, wife against husband.

>Stalin was a coward, he never visited the front line during WW2, unlike Hitler
He remained in Moscow when the AGC was like 50 miles away. Hitler would've shot himself.

Hitler only killed himself when the Red Army was basically few miles from his Bunker.

>Why didn't they do anything?
people usually enjoy living

Stalin knew that a massive counter offensive was about to come and if it had failed, he'd still have time to flee from Moscow.

Because he was based.

>Stalin knew that a massive counter offensive was about to com
Comrade Stalin WAS the massive counter offensive.

*Cringe*

You can clearly see those people aren't Russians. They're Jews. Stalin didn't oppress Jews. Stalin was married to a Jew. His government was 85% Jewish. Of course, they all Russified their names to conceal their ethnicity: Ulyanov became Lenin, Bronstein Trotsky, Apfelbaum Zinoviev, Lourie Larine, etc. The Jews were already emancipated in Russia, but the communists, and Stalin more than anyone during his power struggle backed by the Jewish cabal, put them in totalitarian control of Russia.

One of the first things the Bolsheviks did on seizing power was make antisemitism specifically punishable by death. And you'd better believe they enforced the law. The head of the Cheka, the terrorist agency responsible for the Red Terror, was the Jew Dzerzhinsky. The first head of the NKVD, the forerunner of the KGB responsible for the Great Purge in which millions of Russians were murdered, was the Jew Yagoda. Even the agent in charge of executing the Tsar and his family was a Jew, Yurovsky. 90% of gulag commandants were Jewish. The country was made safe for Jews, but an inescapable death trap bound by an Iron Curtain for Russians.

The Jews took terrible revenge for their centuries of persecution against Russian Christians and the Tsarist regime (although it was a liberal democratic republic the Bolsheviks overthrew, not the Tsar). Of course, their persecution wasn't special. Russian serfs were also oppressed under feudalism, but Bolshevik ressentiment particularly was motivated by radical racial hatred. They murdered tens of millions of Russian Christians during their time in power. By the death of Stalin, their genocidal revenge attacks against the Russian people had largely petered out as Khrushchev initiated de-Stalinisation. But their job was done. The Russian nation will never recover the genes and culture of their national elites wiped out by radical anti-white Jews.

Stalinism is a terrible lesson of the dangers of minorities taking power over the majority.

>In his book, “Unnatural Deaths in the U.S.S.R.: 1928-1954,” I.G. Dyadkin estimated that the USSR suffered 56 to 62 million "unnatural deaths" during that period, with 34 to 49 million directly linked to Stalin.

I dreamed with Stalin again today. He also try to kill me but didn't this time

I've seen this exact verbiage used to describe this Hitler photo.

But Hitler was objectively good

>If a leader is that good, they must have been brainwashing everyone
ffs, why can't a leader just be good? Stalin brought so many people into work, got them decent housing and they actually earnt what they worked for, sure he did some shitty things, but they weren't blown up to what the western propaganda wanted you to think.
They see people happy in the USSR "Wow they must be so brainwashed!!"
Just fucking stop with this shit.

>I have no idea how a totalitarian society operates
We can tell.

he looks young in this photo, it was probably before he killed millions of hohols.

Also almost every dictator has a core base of hardcore supporters who love him, there's no dictator who's 100% hated by his people no matter how bad he is. You can butcher millions and you will still have some who support you because they benefit from you are or are from your clan or party or whatever.

i wonder who could be behind this post...

They weren't brainwashed. Communists didn't win any debates or elections. They just killed their opponents, especially intellectuals. The Russian people were mass murdered into submission.

Stalin was actually a rabbit xDD

>estimated
Made up.
>Conquest
And then in 2008 edition he said it was 13-15 million.

>they weren't brainwashed
They were definitely brainwashed. People genuinely loved and cried after Stalin in 1953.

Ok. Brainwashed AND mass murdered into submission.

Most of the things you said is pure propaganda

>kill millions of Ukrainians and Kazakhs
>kill millions of "wealthy" farmers
>hurr why don't these urban Russians try to kill Stalin

No it's not you fucking communist mongrel

>Kazakhs
Nothing wrong with this, i wish those wouldnt exists

Also stalin killed less than 5 million, there isnt any proof that he killed 20-60 million people

It's only butthurt white guys poltard that believe that

>Stalin was married to a Jew
there isnt even a single proof of Kaganovich having any children senpai
>His government was 85% Jewish.
citation needed
>Ulyanov became Lenin, Bronstein Trotsky, Apfelbaum Zinoviev, Lourie Larine
Lening wasnt a Jew even by the Nuremberg laws, + Ulyanov is normal Russian name, Zinoviev and Trotsky were killed by the Stalin, not sure how were they his government. Lourie/Larine never existed.
>Jew Dzerzhinsky
You mean Polish nobleman right
>Jew Yagoda
that one that got executed on the Stalin´s order?
>Yurovsky
Executed on Stalin´s order
>90% of gulag commandants were Jewish

>They murdered tens of millions of Russian Christians during their time in power
lmao
Solzhenitsyn wrote parts of his books in Jiddish, realy makes you think.
ok, I know that Poland signed an alliance pact with Nazi Germany and agreed to invade and occupy together an independent country of Czechoslovakia, and maybe this wasn't very nice, but I think it is nothing compared to terrible crime of Soviet intervention in Poland. I don't care that USSR took back Soviet regions previosly annexed by Poland, and I don't care that Soviet retaking of Western Ukraine,Belorus was a move against Germany. But you know, it's the same as selling half of the Europe to Nazis, it's the same as fueling further Nazi conquests in the east AMIRITE, KURWA?

Im not a commie and stalin wasnt one neither, he was just a man that solve things

He didn't have to visit, the front line came to him.

>Stalin
>Charisma

Stalin's whole bit was that he was "anti-charismatic", dipshit.

Stalin's charisma was in his manly looks and that he established himself as doer not a talker like Hitler or Mussolini

That would only make sense. The goal of bodyguards is to prevent any attacks. Not wearing uniforms would only invite enraged citizens to attack Stalin.

Only the guy on the left looks Jewish. The woman standing in front is a simple person, probably a cleaner or nanny, obviously of Slavic-Russian descent (see face). Woman on the right looks Slavic too. Guy to Stalin's right looks Georgian/Caucasian, not Jewish. Guys behind him look like Ukrainians.

Your sources say they cover 1910s-1930s but two of the sources were written well before this time period ended?

Not an argument retarded Anglo shitbrain

>"Most of the things you said is pure propaganda" without any further context or discussion is an argument

There's nothing to discuss. Every claim you made is unsupported and objectively false, based on disinformation and plain old propaganda. You've never lived under a socialist system, and you've never talked to anyone who did. Most people who actually lived under socialism prefer socialism to capitalism!

>Most people who actually lived under socialism prefer socialism to capitalism!

they can't complain very much.

>North Korea
>Socialist
