I'm not talking about people who had the worst influence in the long run because of their ideas, but about people who did ridiculously crazy and horrible things. The worst serial killers, mad kings, cult leaders, sex weirdos, whatever. It doesn't even have to be "evil"/harmful, as long as it's edgy or just very "out there" (instead of a murderer it could also be a leader who spent his nation's fortune on trying to find someone who had a belly button he saw in a dream or something).
