pesudoephedrine, dextromethorphan which are the 2 "high" ingrediants. The acetaminophen in it is to prevent abuse.

Depends. My doc has a prescription hotline and it's almost like a drive through service for whatever your heart desires. I regularly call in for xanax scripts when I haven't seen my doctor in years.
