Muh bitcoin ban

>muh bitcoin ban

This 1997 book predicted both the creation of bitcoin and government's futile attempts to stop it.

Get in now or regret it later when NEETs holding 21 BTC are the local moguls.

Author: Satoshi Nakamoto.

IS it actually? Im a retarded buttfuck. I want to read the book. plz to give name of buk.

Wew lad what a read

"The Sovereign Individual: Mastering the Transition to the Information Age" is what I got by searching the text in the first page posted.

It's called The Ego and Its Own, by Satoshi Nakamoto (version corrected by Max Stirner)

It's not really that good and it was not written by the creator of bitcoin (which was CIA) instead they took their name from here, it's pretty much common knowledge

>It's not really that good and it was not written by the creator of bitcoin (which was CIA)

are you trying to spread Russian propaganda here?

We all know KGB was a LITERAL branch of the CIA

Controlled opposition, another common thing. Are you 15 years old?

What about MI6?

Death of Inflation

>he actually is unable to learn
TOP KEK

Fax machines = myspace = pagers = cryptocurrencies

The NSA sounds more likely. You say common knowledge like its a demonstrable fact.

Efficiency

>Cybercash

I knew I heard it before
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CyberCash

>it's not really that good
hello shillman.

Efficiency II

Wait a minute
Due to the vast amount of jobs at risk of automation and the deflationary nature of crypto would result in unstability because world governments wouldn't be able to promise any kind of income to most people.

The easiest and most efficient way to issue universal basic income is by creating a crypto currency. japan will be the first to create a government sanctioned cc then other countries will fallow.

But wouldn't that just eliminate the purpose of crypto?
Or would it result in crypto just being seen as a way to preserve wealth AKA "digital gold" with fiat being in form of a subsidiary crypto.

Even better: he penned an academically sound paper with proper citations.

His white paper is a masterpiece.

(So is the Ethereum one).

Minister you, Satoshi.

this is a link to different links to the book in case anyone is wondering. can confirm the pdf version is legit.

Thanks for the link user. I normally do not tend to read a lot of books but this one seems quite interesting and might enrich my understanding of crypto and economics more.

I will definitely have joy in reading this.

We have to go innawoods?

That one made me hard

BTC = neutral digital gold

Why do libertarians love gold?

Posts interesting stuff, doesn't give out the name of book.. What a retard.

huh

This thread gave me a huge crypto boner

>multitrillion-dollar market

we're gonna make it bois

Open markets and not regulated: no rights regulating the market= you'll die for food or a bit of soap.

Crypto is just good for avoiding to pay a guy to make your transaction or to pay an implied insurance service(higher risk on micro transactions but higher profits)

Products need to be regulated. A piece of meat needs a vet, a color for painting an indoor room needs toxic regulations. "freedom" as the retarded burgers put is already in humans, I mean just walk away from society, there are no rules there, I mean how is cibercripto/bullying real just walk away from the screen
nigga.

or not to pay* an insurance
I write like shit 2boredm8

>fax machines
wtf this isn't the 90's anymore dumb fag

BTC = fool's gold

...

He's proposing that there won't be a need for a nation-state but how do you do away with something like religion or race that isn't going to cause more war? It's clear, for now at least, that people aren't willing to give up those things. You're fighting against nature at that point. No matter how much social engineering you do, it won't overcome nature, unless you force it which always causes more problems which I'll save for a different thread. But in a crypto future, he's proposing there will be no need to protect yourself against other people because the sovereign individuals will prove to be better at governing resources than politicians.

I'm interested in reading this book because there are some massive, and I mean massive, societal issues that will need to be overcome for this to be true, and I don't see that happening in our lifetime if ever.

Is that the guy Ali-G interviewed?

This fucker?

I have 180 BTC. I'm better than the 1%

early adopter? trading? rich enough to buy that much?

Knowing BTC since 2012. Got seriously in around 2015.

Takes quite a fortune to accumulate 21 BTC at these prices

T. Hodler of 1.9 BTC

I had a work friend try to set me up mining in 2010. Was living with friends and didn't have a PC at the time. JUST.

yeah i was a middleman on a video game black market that adopted BTC in 2010. fml

The Jews fear crypto.

There was a boook predicting BTC a long time before 1997.

could you could be more helpful and give us the name of the book?

This chan is cancerous, I'll post it in /r/btc instead once I find it.

>jobs at risk of automation
A meme

>world governments wouldn't be able to promise any kind of income to most people
Good

You have just opened your eyes, cryptos are anti-socialism tools.

People wanting gibs, is the only issue. When we are done with that, the rest will be self organization

These threads make me want to go all in

Anons, stop.

>bitcoin was really just a viral marketing campaign that got out of hand

Seriously though if you don't have any BTC/ETH NOW is the time to buy. Your future self will thank you. As an innovation it is right up there with general relativity and quantum mechanics. Get in early, you can't even imagine what it will lead to.

Mortgage lots of property at the tipping point. When fiat goes under you have no one to repay.

>Amit Aujla: What's the most important or influential book you've read?

>Peter Thiel: The Sovereign Individual (Touchstone, 1997), by James Dale Davidson and Lord William Rees-Mogg, is an unusual book that I read at a singular moment, just before starting PayPal. A lot of thinking about technology oscillates between two extremes: It's either a big historical force acting over the long term or it's a matter of short-term trends to bet on. The Sovereign Individual is different because it takes foresight seriously: If you think hard, you can understand and make plans for a future lasting 10, 20 years or more--and that's how you have to think to be successful.

>not going all in on Bitcoin

...

They can't do shit. Look at China. You crush the price temporarily, then it goes back due rich people using OTC markets even before you banned exchanges.

Go to bed, Peter.

>/r/btc

It's all fun and games until your country goes full Venezuela, then you'll be retard as holders get rich.

>Products need to be regulated. A piece of meat needs a vet, a color for painting an indoor room needs toxic regulations
1. Save money from not paying 33% income tax and 10% sales tax
2. Pay inspection company for quality guarantees of certain products (These companies already exist today)
3. I don't have to worry about the free market poisoning my food because It'd be a financial suicide for the business in question
4. Enjoy a wider array of affordable quality goods than under cronyist socialism as well as having higher disposable income from low taxes.

Video game black market? How are video games black market goods?
