You don’t that would be retarded
you need to take them off of the exchange first, you don't own those bitcoins
why?
Lets assume that I hide the USB really good and nobody is going to access it but me.
Okay, where do I take them to?
bumped for interest.
Generating the key on your computer may leak it to the internet. Get a hardware wallet.
>itt OP is a cheap cunt that dot want to pat for a hardware wallet.
A USB is not secure by design because the key is not generated on it.

Also, usb sticks randomly delete data after a few years. The electrons from the memory gates can randomly teleport out of them and corrupt the data.
Or yea, you can do this instead if you want to directly send it without making a custom wallet.
That's what I did

very noble and generous user to be made custom wallet !
just export them to the usb
You
1. Send to a wallet.dat you own and copy it to usb
2. use Keepass to store the private and public key encrypted and save the file to the usb
Easy.
>Have the exchange open in your browser, make sure you are logged in
>Click: File -> Save As
>Save the file tou your USB, make sure it is as Web Page Complete
>Enter your private key as the file name
Your cryptos are now safe on your USB
