I lift stuff up and put it down with a 48 hour rest for each muscle group. Rocket science level stuff.

lol j/k I do a typical BB split but do delt and arm work Mon, Wed, Fri because they're my genetic weaknesses. I find it very easy to grow chest and quad thickness so only do chest / legs once a week at most. For back I just go more back focused on one of the arm days (rows, pull downs etc). I also do 0 cardio and just adjust my volume and diet when cutting. Distance running is for chumps. If I ever do cardio it's HIIT.

I have, it's basically just PPL, honestly if you're new to lifting just pick something like SL to start do it for 3 months then move onto something with more volume. I like to switch routines every 4-6 months though it's fine to stick with a routine as long as you're making progress
