Is protein a meme? Look how fucking strong a chimp is eating mostly vegan crap.
>While the vast bulk of the chimpanzee’s diet is made up of plant foods including fruits, seeds, nuts, leaves and flowers, they will also eat insects and even larger animals that they have hunted and killed themselves. >Vast bulk of the chimpanzee’s diet is made up of plant foods
they also spend all day doing pull ups and chin ups
Gabriel Parker
there is also protein in plants you knob >inb4 bait
Nicholas Nguyen
chimp muscles =/= human muscles
James Wright
Visible muscle isn't particularly a sign of strength or muscle mass, it's more a sign of low % body fat.
Grayson Gutierrez
Norwegian guy had a 25kg bag of protein powder in his basement. Rat had it as its main food source for a good while and this happened.
Evan Diaz
I want to lick his nuts, if you get what I mean
Isaac Ross
Different animals require different amino profiles to complete protein synthesis you stupid nigger.
Christian Butler
they also have a lot of testosterone and different muscle fibres compared to humans
Jordan Ward
>and different muscle fibres compared to humans
You mean shorter? How the hell are they any different.
Easton Garcia
Hey moran, if you paid attention in high school biology you'd know that some animals have denser muscle fibers. That gorilla probably has 30% more strength pound for pound than a human
Andrew Green
I don't know what the point of this post is, perhaps it's bait, perhaps it's not. The general feel is that you're pro vegan/vegetarian. You've accidentally made a terrible argument for your self.
You're right about one thing, chimps are basically vegan. However their bodies process protein very differently to us, allowing them to get more out of plants than we ever could.
We however cannot get this big or well defined only eating vegetables. Yes I know there are vegan and vegetarian body builders but their diets cannot really be included in how "humans" deal with veganism. When talking about humans on a large scale and in terms of the evolutionary process it's not wise to place them in our current paradigm.
Could a man get big and ripped eating a vegan diet? Yes, but only with the variety of produce the modern world affords him. Our evolutionary process didn't start and end in the last 100 years. It has been millions of years in the making. In order for normal people to attain what this chimp has, they need protein and in the evolutionary process, it's predominantly only available in meat.
Matthew Kelly
>Hey moran, if you paid attention in high school biology you'd know that some animals have denser muscle fibers. That gorilla probably has 30% more strength pound for pound than a human
For any given weight gorilla will have shorter limbs, way to prove my point.
Jose Campbell
They must deal with crazy muscle imbalances >2:0 pull/push ratio >making it
lol so alpha, and cute how it slaps the impala like a kitten
Sebastian Morales
The diet a chimp eats contains protein that isn't metabolically available to humans because we can't digest it.
Also, even though most of what chimps eat is vegetable matter, they prioritise animal food sources when they can get them.
Finally, great apes other than humans that eat mostly vegetable based diets have to spend most of their waking lives foraging or hunting to get the calories they need.
Brandon Diaz
Oh LOL this post is gold, gotta pasta this
Xavier Phillips
That's incorrect
Josiah Taylor
>those chimp delts >natty
Andrew Bell
Is this what they teach in America? How strong animals are?
Wyatt Davis
He forgot to train traps, though.
Ayden Fisher
look at that thing's balls, they're like tennis balls that's where the muscles are coming from all that testosterone
Zachary Kelly
holy shit
Wyatt Reed
This thread again, fucking autists. >pic related
Hudson Bailey
Your pulling to pushing ratio should be 1.5:1 to 2:1.
Noah Cooper
How new are you?
Parker Mitchell
They have a caecum, appendix, and a bigger colon/large intestine with bacteria to synthesize amino acids for them
Levi Sanders
"No".
Joshua Martinez
You do realize that animals are jacked due to having a enormous testosterone production. They also have a different digestive system than us.
Parker White
Enjoy your hunched shoulders and shoulder issues.
Jayden Brown
>You do realize that animals are jacked due to having a enormous testosterone production.
Any data? Veterinary steroids are like 50 mg/ml usually.
Camden Gomez
It's just some articles that I've read. Talking about not just chimps, but gorillas, horses, lions, tigers, bears etc.
Luke White
dude that is hardcore
Christian Carter
nuts and seeds and insects are full of protein
Brody Rivera
mirin
Dominic Butler
That's not big for being a Norwegian rat. They're all like that.
Bentley Anderson
underrated
Jose Stewart
>Differentiated colon (therefore digestive system) with bacteria that ferment cellulose
Therefore eating lettuce would yield different results
>Eat a toooooon of plant material
Even though the fermentation can take a while, there's so much going through that it makes up for it.
They still need protein, but they can get it from plants in ways that we can't.
Not as long as you it seems, which proves you must be at least 3rd generation inbred
Joseph Perry
Chimps and gorillas spend hours a day eating. Hours upon hours to eat the amount of food needed to stay that big. Also, the amount of meat humans ate while evolving provided the protein needed for the brain to evolve. Apes did not.
Joshua Roberts
>implying the homo sapiens didnt evolve since starting living on the ground, where we barely need strong pulling/back muscles (not that they are not important, but chest n shit proved much more effective in regards to using tools like spears)
Ryder Nguyen
Enjoy your small shoulders and small pecs
Robert Brooks
*chimp ups
Mason Murphy
put a chimp on a diet like ours and it'd be twice that size
Nathaniel Butler
>protein is a meme >made up of plant foods including seeds, nuts ... they will also eat insects
Guess what, breh. Those are all protein rich.
>Look how fucking strong a chimp is eating mostly vegan crap You are either vegan or not. Chimps eat insects and even hunt monekys for food. This would suggest they are not vegans. You are trolling or retarder, possibly both.
Nathan Hughes
mirin' like always, lotus
Colton Perez
Absolute bullshit. I live in Norway and have removed some rats myself, that thing is the fattest rat I've ever seen. It's also 50 cm, under normal conditions they don't grow to more than 40 cm.
Jeremiah Taylor
You aren't a fucking chimp. You do you not share the endocrine system of a chimp. Your brain consumes 33% of your calories on your fucking brain, the chimp spends far less on it's own brain to spend calories on muscle and they built differently.
>Spends all day eating fucking plants >can't even run 24 miles >bald >can't build a spaceship
Why would anyone want to be like OP?
Julian Walker
>nuts big as tennis balls
William Anderson
>working your pulling muscles means fully neglecting your pushing muscles I am talking about posture also >implying that homo sapiens evolved to sit 8+ hours a day our muscular system is degenerated by our lifestyle
Landon Morris
now this actually sounds fucking reasonable
Mason Morales
>you mean shorter yes >how the hell are they any different they are shorter
Benjamin Mitchell
>doing rows twice as often as bench >being proportional Pick one
Kayden Peterson
AHHHHH I GET WHAT YOU MEAN *NUDGE NUDGE* AHHH PLAYER AHHHH
Nathan Harris

Jacob Scott
Why did he have a 25kg bag of protein powder? He looks dyel as fuck. Unless he actually needed it as a genuine supplement because it was literally his only source of protein for some reason
Cameron Morgan
Any source on the last one? I feel like many animals are chilling out a fucking lot.
