spinach has Lutein and Zeaxanthin (types of Vitamin A) that I need in my diet, and kale does not have it.

Easy way to add E is to use more olive oil.

Olive oil adds 5% per 100cal

so id need to eat 2000cal of olive oil per day

im getting it from sunflower seeds, which gives 20% per 100cal, and almonds which gives 15%/100 cal

Add, not use as main source. 2 tablespoons is around 300cal, so that's 15%, which is quite nice. It is also very convenient.

Lutein and Zeaxanthin don't have vitamin A activity. It's the alpha and beta carotene in spinach that gives you vitamin A.

L and Z are good for your eyes though.
