I just eat 175 g of musli with milk. Macros (not including milk): 16 g protons, 10 g fats, 110 g carbs, 650 kcal. Gives me lot of energy and I am ahead with the carbs so I can eat high protein 2nd breakfast few hours later.

1. You get as much protein as you pour egg white.

2. Too much fat if you plan to make it a decent protein source

3. Yolk has a lot of choline which is linked to prostate cancer

Only thing I'm missing is that sweet selenium, which I get from other sources.
