18 yrs, 5'9, 175ish? been lifting 6x a week and bulking for a month now. been doing gomad for about a week. im at about 5000-6000 calories a day and im seeing gains but i dont dig the fat gains and i miss having visible abs. is it time to cut?

definitely not going for ottermode long-term, but i'm thinking i should get as lean as possible before i start to bulk.

You want to add the mass, then chisel the fat away.
Think of it this way.
Just like you can't fat target, fat gets stored all over. So you would really have to lean bulk if you get leaner to put on mass. Now if you just bulk in general, you have your mass, now just get rid of all the fat you need to.

ive been bulking for a month and gomad for a week. im around 5000-6000 calories a day rn and i lift 6x a week but im mostly seeing fat gains :(

Now, I started fat as fuck. 220 at 5'9 my heaviest my senior year of highschool.
I decided fuck being fat and ran about 3 miles every day for about over 2 years then got serious about lifting. Used to be a bench bro back in highschool because thats all 17 yo's care about.

that must of been some turbodreamer bulk... there's no way you burn this amount of food

I bulked on 3000 cal during bulk, but I was taking roids so maybe I was able to bulk while being lean lol. Everyone's body metabolize calories differently so he needs to find his own sweet spot for that. 3500 was just an example.
